quote Mrodair:

Hey Guys,

Got the word, our shipment made it to customs.

Wasted 2-3 days, from them wanting to take a peek.

Should have the word tomorrow, on the shipping time to our door.

As usual, if they drag their feet, I will make the trip and pick em up in person.

Just thought you should know.

was wondering what was going on with the order. 2500 pounds of stuff is one huge pickup. tomorrow you will have word on when you should see the rifles at your door? or pick them up? if its a week for delivery grab em if not and a few days then wait it out… keep us updated

quote dman1114:

Does the side of your breech say “KAM” on it?

i would hope not.

quote Reaper0d:

sounds like the same issue wingman was having with the 177 and the transfer port being too big and recessed in the breech. take the breech off and pull the TP out and mate it to the breech. then take a pellet and feed it in with the bolt probe and watch from the barrel side of the breech and see if it drops int the port.

i forgot to mention hold the transfer port in place with your thumb when doing this to simulate it being sandwiched between the valve body and the breech.

this will tell you if its the transfer port causing the issue.

this sounds like a original model and not a mrod version of the rifle as this problem has been well addressed by mrod and snowpeak for the us market versions

Clearly Patrick you have no Idea what you are talking about any yet again you make yourself look like a fool while giving someone with a problem bad advice on a product you have still only read about… Are you not seeing a pattern forming here?

The ‘transfer port” as you call it is a plastic transfer tube and would make no difference if you held it in place with your thumb or placed it between your butt cheeks while testing for a pellet damaging bur.. The transfer tube sits in an enlarged blind recessed section of the actions transfer port and can not come anywhere near the pellet.
There will be no issue with his transfer port being too big like my .177 P12 prototype.. there was only one .177 prototype made and I own it. It is the only P12 in existence with this transfer port issue as SPA used a .22cal breech on it, Emiel clearly states that his P12 is a .22 cal.
Further more here’s a few more facts I need to put you straight on, In regards to you answer to the guy asking how loud the P12 is and you quoted my P12 accessories video where I fire both guns side by side…. You told the guy that one rifle had baffles and the other didnt, I suggest you watch the vid again, listen to what I said and read what it says at the bottom of the screen at 5:25 as I pull the trigger…

Now if your wondering where your other super helpful post in the .25cal P12 thread went… What part of telling someone enquiring about a P12 there is no .25cal P12s and offering the guy to buy your POS Hatsan instead do you think is acceptable?

Please refrain from posting comments like this in the future as it not only sending someone down the wrong track but creates more work for me in having to to do damage control with knock on rumours from your bullshit posts.

quote Gus:

From wingman video, both with or without baffles ‘re pretty loud. Could be because it’s indoor and it echoes.

Gus

if you are referring to the depinger install video that he uploaded ones with the baffles and one without. also yes its indors AND the muzzles are facing toward the camera slightly so its going to seem louder then it would from the shooters standpoint as most rifles do from the front sound louder because you are in direct line of the report

i imagine you are referring to this video correct?

http://youtu.be/gqgC2MBJjWc

if so one is with and without baffles. the front one is without i believe and the one in the back has them. if you listen to this one, i believe tulsa has a hollow shroud and his sounds very quiet compared to wingmans video heard here

it sounds a lot like tulsa has baffles but im not sure, he would have to tell you but this is what i was referring to gus

quote Gus:

Thanks for the input on the regulator. Another question is how loud is the p12 compared to common PCP such as disco .22 with tko or marauder .22 or marauder pistol. I owned both disco and prod, just wanna know how it compares to those guns.

Gus

ok. from what ive heard from the videos that tulsa released though a microphone on a camera or a phone dont do volume justice. its fairly quiet. it was claimed to be quieter then a disco with a 5″ tko on it. so it puts it there with a marauder in 22. it can be improved upon at home fairly cheaply. talking to some people that have the not mrod version have had luck with washers and spacers in making the dull thwack to a thump. basically mimicing the baffle pack wingman made in his review in essence.

dman and tulsa can vouch for the volume though first hand. just sharing the fact that from what ive heard through HI-FI surround its pretty quiet.

Great news Guys,

Our shipment was released from customs today !!!!! :6:

I can tell you guys that now I can breathe a little easier.

Customs, can Seize, put on hold, or simply Distroy cargo at will.

I know you guys have been waiting for these, and I really appreciate your patience.

Now we have asked the Broker, to expedite our trucking and they are coming directly to our shop as I am typing this.

I hope you can undertand we chose to wait until they were past customs to collect any payments for them.

Emails being sent this afternoon.

Thanks Guys

We Are Mrodair

^^^^^^^best news ive heard all month, you can sleep now mike, how long do you think till you get them and can start shipping them?

well. as i was typing he updated us.

lol, when can we expect to be able to start ordering the extras to be sent with our orders. or is there a way to start purchasing hand pumps and stuff now? i know its a lot on the working load but being so close to arrival time and all i would imagine we would have the emails or a secret order page to add stuff by now

so with any amount of luck you will be able to ship this shipment sometime this week then mike?
