Apparently Adam has an issue with me on another forum so I’m bringing it home for all to see who Adam really is. I am 100% sure this post will vaporize before anyone gets a chance to read because that is how it works here.
Adam whined on another post and made it sound like we had “stolen” product from him. I did in fact order a small qty of accessories a considerable time before our decisions evolved to close our airgun business last fall. I informed Adam o not ship and cancel the order, now he’s whining like a baby on another forum. We paid him for 100% of items received.
Real professional Adam! No we see your true greedy colors, slam people just because? You told me a long time back that you had no problem selling them. Why the chip? You do not have the skin to manage a business as is evidenced here by your actions. Did my observations of future markets scare you that you had to respond the way you did on the yellow?
Here is the link for those that know me, I am very honest and ethical and have always treated fellow members like family here and every other forum. Now I guess I have an adversary as you attack me in public. Have I ever posted a negative about you or your conduct?
Adam, my money sure was good when you got paid for received goods wasn’t it? I never stuck you with a loss. You are a second rate business person now in my world. I never expected this from you! And yes you are all about making money here for those that think not, they are I’ll advised.

Luckily you didn’t have to sit on inventory but losing family time really can’t be refunded. I totally see your point.

I have had this happen to me in the past, and it forced me to charge a min. deposit (non-refundable, when a large job/order is placed). That way you can cover your materials and a small amount of time.

I’m with you WOK.. I cant count how many times I have missed eating diner (we call it supper) with my faimly, and seeing the kids to bed because I was here til midnight getting a hot fucking order ready to be picked up at 7am sharp the next morning and then having the shit sit here for 2-3 days until “they” decided to come pick it up 👿 👿
As far as not paying for ordered shit..I have a couple of thousand dollars worth of crap I have ordered and then had a change of plans..I have about 10,000 printed pamplets I had made for my pet cream that I went ahead and paid for them threw away, probably a ton of special cut to length tool steel that will never be used..At least you did sell them and in the end wound up making more than you had planned on but..the time away from your faimly will never come back.

I semi-agree, Brutus, but I think that the reason why it is here and shall stay here is that the fallout from the disagreement is much larger than this Forum alone (that is to say, it is going on elsewhere as well). Adam’s WokButt is a very popular thing and it would be unfair for someone to make damaging statements against Adam and then for everything to be hushed away. I hope that that makes sense.
I think that one of the biggest things that defines our Forum is that anything, be it big or small positive or negative, can be discussed and given a fair crack of the whip. I think that is why we are almost certainly the most transparent Airgun website available anywhere in the world.
