Pissed in Adams (WOK) sand box…
Apparently Adam has an issue with me on another forum so I’m bringing it home for all to see who Adam really is. I am 100% sure this post will vaporize before anyone gets a chance to read because that is how it works here.
Adam whined on another post and made it sound like we had “stolen” product from him. I did in fact order a small qty of accessories a considerable time before our decisions evolved to close our airgun business last fall. I informed Adam o not ship and cancel the order, now he’s whining like a baby on another forum. We paid him for 100% of items received.
Real professional Adam! No we see your true greedy colors, slam people just because? You told me a long time back that you had no problem selling them. Why the chip? You do not have the skin to manage a business as is evidenced here by your actions. Did my observations of future markets scare you that you had to respond the way you did on the yellow?
Here is the link for those that know me, I am very honest and ethical and have always treated fellow members like family here and every other forum. Now I guess I have an adversary as you attack me in public. Have I ever posted a negative about you or your conduct?

Did I make a mistake, yes, there it is! I am owning up right here for the world to read! Again at the time, things happened so fast that I did not do whatI should have. I apoligize for not calling WOK, and havoing him learn of the closing via our web announcment.
I cannot change the past, but today I can take cation, I am asking WOK to let me know what I can do for him to make my error right?

I have a few problems with this first post of yours, I’m sure I will have more as I read the thread.
first off nothing here gets deleted, I don’t know where you came up with this idea, but it’s just not true, perhaps your special friends with oykas?
second your sir are the second rate business man and the failure of your company is proof of it, no ifs ands or butts about it. How manny times did I p/=m you, ask questions about things you were trying to sell in threads you posted only to get absolutely no reply at all from you, and I know others had the same problem, and you have the balls to call someone else second rate? WoK is on top of everything, you send him a question and it is answered usually within the day. on the other hand you sir were and ovisly still are a jack ass.
like I said I’m sure as I finnish reading this thread I will have more to say.
I am making a good faith effort here to be a very good person, what is it that you want right now to move on? I want to be a good member and conribute to this forum moving forward, if you cannot offer a response, than you have no positive or productive desires. You just want to condemn a person for a past situation that did not cause you great harm, maybe some inconvenienvce, but no financial harm as I can see it.

The problem is you placed the order, did not send payment, and never contacted me telling me to cancel the order. The day you said you where sending payment and did not, should have been the day you let me know you needed to cancel the order. When you decided not to pay is the time to send the PM saying so.
And since you flaked out on me I did have to sell them and I am thankful to those who bought them.
Kevin, you strung me along and the blew me off. Now that happens at times. But since you have posting “we decided to close our airgun business it was for mere fact that we could see the future trend”, I take issue now knowing you blew me off and you knew you never intended to fulfill your obligation. Now it is obvious why you did not post your closing sale here on the TAG but all the other forums.

Very simple question, did you suffer a monitary loss from this situation? If so how much? I am taking the high road here, how much? I will make it right to help you put this behind. I would like to see you a happy man, not a bitter one!

Wait, you come on here in order to have ago at Adam, and when he makes a rebuttal your next reply is to say “well, let’s all just move on”.
Airgunning, especially hobby-shop airgunning, is not a big business so the most important things are words of mouth, positive reviews and helping each other out. It seems to me that if you knew that you were going to be going out of business that you would have a list of suppliers who could have easily beencontacted and told “sorry, we’re going out of business so will not be able to fulfill the order/s that we have made”. Instead, you just thought to yourself “heck, Adam call sell them to someone else so he won’t miss out. I don’t really have a need to bother to contact him then”.

Sorry to here that you are such a bitter individual that you cannot move past that situation. Once again, if you are a business person, these are the risks you run, just like we did.
Am I bitter at anyone who cancelled orders or took advantage of our closing situation, absolutely not! Did you suffer a financial loss, YES OR NO?
Why are you bitter? i am not really sure? You sold the fricking things did you not? You sold them for more than the $25 dollars you quoted me, did you not? What are you pissing all over yourself for? This is what I would expect of an inexperienced business person, your chip is very juvenile!

I like how you say that you are 100% certain that this thread is going to be deleted so that no-one can read it, but I can tell you that I am 100% certain that it won’t be. We don’t do things like that round here and if you, or anyone, have something to say about something or someone then go right ahead as long as it stays courteous.

You sent me an PM stating you wanted to be a leader in Airforce products for 2009 and wanted to carry my Wokbutts.
You placed an order of 10 Wokbutts and I made them. As I waited for payment for 2 weeks passed when you promised you would send it, you then announce on the forums you are quickly shutting down your business and you had never contacted me about your closure or cancellation of your order. I had to find out about it on the internet.
I contact you telling YOU your order was ready and if you still where going to send payment for what you ordered. You told me that “due to unforeseen circumstances” you would not be able to pay for them. I asked why you had not told me of this sooner and you said it was a very quick decision to close your business and were sure I could sell them anyways.
Here is my problem. You posted here and on the YF that you where able to see the future of the business and decided to close your doors. If you had such foresight then I would have appreciated you contacting me like a man and canceling your order instead of posting a closing sale on the forums and letting me find out there you had no intent to pay for what you ordered.
To make 10 Wokbutts on top of my normal order takes a good amount of time. Time I could have spent with my family, but instead I was spending it in the shop to fill your order as quick as possible. Where they just sat waiting for your payment.
I would have not posted anything about this and have not until you started bragging on the forums how you “saw it coming”. If you saw it coming then that means you intentionally did not send payment when you promised and did not contact me to cancel your order on purpose.
There is no reason for you not contacting me to cancel your order and you should not have left me hanging.
