Finally got chance to go out with my air-arms bullpup, deadly accurate as i thoght it would be, so plenty of meat for the pot.

Great post.
Wow now that is a pile of rabbits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where in the world did you find that many in one place? 🙄
The most I’ve ever taken was 8 in one place.
With a AA carbine bullpup also. 😀
niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice hunting!! diet after that!? hahaha

Allow me one question: Knowing how bad the shotstring is for the carbine at full power, – why don’t you add a regulator to it ? 😉
i have no plans to use a regulator as the classic airtube holds enough air for the number of shots i need, the regulator would have to be put inside the airtube that could take up room for air, regulator are not cheap but air cost very little, here is a picture of a pile of rabbits i shot with one charge of an airarms classic, i shot 23 missed a couple and dont think i could carry more than 23 rabbits anyway

no im not building another bullpup the second mount in the pictures was how i was going to mount the trigger and scope, allthough i have built a bullpup in the past. i used a FX airtube a Airarms trigger rapid 7 magazine and a BSA barrel and made my own action based around the airarms, if you check in my previous post you may find information on this i did call it a SO53, if i can find some pictures of it, i will post them but this post was put on the forum before this ed gun + bullpup section was included
Thanks, looks like you have the classic air-tube ,the action of mine is about 700mm and from the looks of having two trigger/scope parts ,you are also building a second bullpup 🙂 ?
Don’t forget to show us that one eather.

Again beautifully documented…!!! 😀

Air Arms seem to make air tubes in 4 lengths, the TDR tube is the shortest at around 200mm, then the Carbine which is about 300mm, and the Classic is about 340mm, and an FAC air tube which i believe are approx. 600mm long. The trigger on my Bullpup works just like the normal Air Arms trigger, which is loose when the gun isn’t cocked, and then springs forward when cocked, has about 2mm at first stage and a pull weight of about 2lbs. I’ve posted pictures so you can get an idea of the different tube lengths between the carbine and classic.

That is some nice bullpup ,like the flames on the wood, your metal work is very clean . I had to go macguyver style one my AA pup to fit the scope 🙂 .
Does the trigger feels good and is that a classic/shorter airtube because it looks shorter then mine and that is impossible 😉 ?

I’ve finished coating the stock and taken a few pictures, hope to go out soon and zero the scope, I’m not expecting any problems with the accuracy as the Air Arms have always shot well, I did forget to mention that I made an half inch thread adaptor to fit in the end of the shroud so this should be very quiet when using a silencer as well as a shroud. Th e silencer is a Hogan Decimator, I’ve found these to be very effective and cheap aswell, hardly worth making your own silencer
nice work on the pup.
Do have a link to the one piece reach mount?
Thanks
