PS: Stand back guys, I was the first to ask……. 😆

Almost finished sanding the stock, going to coat it with Birchwood Casey Tru-Oil. I’ve decide to use a one piece reach mount and a 30mm compact side wheel paralex scope because i’ll be using a night vision add-on, but for lamping i’ll be using a Tiablo A 10 G flash light, as its got a nice tight long beam ideal for rabbit shooting. I’ll put pictures of the finished stock when i’ve put Tru-Oil on it.

Very nice work indeed !!! And beautifully documented !!!! 😀

I wish I had the skills…….. 😳

Very nice work.

I see a trend developing here that has the potential to satiate aspects of the bullpup market that Ed cannot accomodate 😉

Its my scope rail made on blods mill. The gun is a air arms S510. I’ve changed the air tube and am using a air arms classic tube which has been grit blasted and re-blacked to give a matt finish, the scope mount was made on Blod nobs millling machine and instead of using pinch bolts to clamp it to the tube i used two grub screws at the bottom with a rubber washer pressing against the air tube, to avoid damaging the tube. The trigger linkage was made from 4mm steel rod screw threaded with a 3mm x 0.5mm thread. The stock for this project is actually made from a piece of laminate which i got from Customs Stock, but Blod nob tells me its only F…… plywood so thats why i’ve called it a “Plywood Gun Handle. I’ve not finished this yet as i have been on with for the last 6 months. I haven’t even shot the gun, just bought it, took it to bits, and been working on it now and again.

Blod’s scope rail looks good. 😉

Well done – more !

This is one of the coolest posts I’ve seen. Please show us the finished product, and if you have an extra moment give us a bit of a write-up on your ideas and methods. The only thing that could make this post better would be pink, shag carpet…..WAIT!!!

Where did you get the linkage for the triggers, and the front trigger equipment?

Interesting idea with plywood!

Hoot 😯

wow. pretty nice. do you have a pic of finished product?
