Q:

R3M Breech old vs new?

I was able to purchase a R3M breech here about a year ago that came with aluminum mags. The cocking always felt a little rough so when I heard about the new breech I ordered it. After installing it I see or feel no difference at all. Am I doing something wrong?

If I’m not mistaken the only difference between the new r3m and the first ones where that the bolt cocking pin on the inside of the breech wasn’t rounded off as much….Hemn had a picture of the both new and older ones side by side….:

What I did was take out my grinder and files, and rounded off the tip of the hammer cocking pin so it lookes more like a bullet than a “can” so there’s less surface tension or drag when cocking the gun….after that a little Molly lube and the guns bolt can now be cocked without excessive force or the feeling of metal grinding.

U wont get a honest answer your not praising it u need to worship it first then edge your complaint in slowley   the edgun has no flaws in the eyes of the beholders got to give sir ville credit here he begged me not to buy one and explained the situation regarding edguns from the tech side to not recieving what you order and how glad am i he managed to put me off for 6 months to take watch !! Just wish otner on the uk forums had listend befor purchasing and been ignored once payment was made

I’m the only one with a new breach?
