RE:What scuba tank gives the most 3K fills?
A long time ago there was a post about what tank provided the most fills and IIRC this tank is the one http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-200/043201/XS-Scuba-106-Cubic-Foot-Aluminum-Hoop-Wrap-Tank.html More full 3K fills than any other scuba tank out there. A few questions I want to bring up. 1. Is this still the “King of fills” Scuba tank? 2. It comes with a DIN fitting, where does one get a “DIN to K-valve” adaptor or what does one need to make this work with he A.F. clamp? 3. How much would it cost? 4. Who has them?

having both and filling from the 3500, and then topping off with the 4350 gives me a shitload of fills i havent had my tank filled after we where out shooting ! you can do the same with your 3000 psi tanks…and then top off with 4350 that will give you more fills out of what you got
im not a 100% sure, but i think the 4350 tank has more fills than a 88cuft 4500 psi tank….
4350/106=more than 88/4500. You haven’t filled your tank since we went shooting because when we went you forgot your clamp/adaptor 😯 Lol. Remember? That’s all right I’ll mooch off your air next time ya wanker. Lol. Hey nice R/C BTW.
i would not be using nitrous, oxygen or any flamable gas….your not only endangering your own life but also people around you…
air or nitrogen is the only stuff you should fill your tanks with….nitrogen will give you a slight boost….but as air is allready 70% nitrogen, the boost wont be much 1-2 fpe maybe with a 24″ barrel
i got the 4350 106cu.ft tank….theres alot of air in it for sure…i also got a 130 cu.ft 3500 tank and the 4350 got more full fills for sure

I have the scuba adapter ,how does it work,as I have never seen one hooked to a scuba tank,which looks alot like a NOS bottle 💡 im sure wont work for that but if it did I have one and there is a local fire dept,2 miles from me im sure they will help ,think ill see if they have a bottle I can get cheep.
Check with the F.D., see if they will fill you up. If they will, get the type of tank that they suggest, then all you will need is an adaptor to fill your gun.
well shit if you have nos just fill up ur bottle man you will be slinging lead a 2-3000 fps lol

Ok need some advice here these scuba tanks you all speak of,sounds alot easier then this damn pump,I have a Hill,great pump.. by the way I had the fx pump POS used it 2 times went south and never returned…

Hey Hold over the only way I know of to Truely answer those questions about when to refill the gun tank is with a chrony. As far as the scuba tank 24-2500.
I just got my first scuba tank last week, at what point do you guys like to refill your bottle (not the tank)and how much pressure to you refill it to?
I was filling to 3000 PSI and shot till around 2000 PSI. with my power wheel turned down to 8.
Some guys say fill it to 27-2800 for better shot strings .
what do you guys find the most consistant ?
and how many fills will I get off a standard 88cu ft scuba tank before I need to refill the tank??

out here you can go to the painball store and they fill the 4500 tanks you like 15.00$ a fill and im talikg about the 88 scuba tanks
I own both a carbon fiber 88 cubic foot 4500psi tank and a 120 cubic foot steel 3500 psi tank.
If you can get your hands on a 130 cubic foot tank do it. My steel tank is 10 cubic feet smaller but I get a lot more refills. These steel tanks are heavier and cheaper to fill because it’s not high pressure (4500psi).
I found some specs on the tank.
This is an aluminum composite cylinder wrapped in fiberglass.

Didnt see the 4350 , did not know that alumunum tanks could be filled that high. $ 443.00 to door , hell yeah go for it.
I paid 300 for my 88 cu ft carbon fiber, one year old. off of this sight.

I was having trouble with the only dive shop within 50 miles not wanting to fill 4500 so I went to the fire department and ask.
They throw mine in a rack then they close the door and it fills up in a couple minutes granted there is probably 2500psi in it when I fill it up.
I’ve asked them if they want $10 thrown into the donut fund and even brought them donuts once and they said no thanks they don’t eat donuts and they do it for free. It’s worth a shot to ask them ahead of time it might save you a few bucks and drive time depending on how close the fire dept is to you. Lt. Dan out.

check with airhog for the adapters. depending on what you need he was in the $50 ballpark when I bought mine 2 months ago. He has the din to firehouse adapter and also the AF adapter. If you have an AF apater already get his flex hose setup and the you olny have to change the end from AF to QD if you ever need to.
