RE:What scuba tank gives the most 3K fills?
A long time ago there was a post about what tank provided the most fills and IIRC this tank is the one http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-200/043201/XS-Scuba-106-Cubic-Foot-Aluminum-Hoop-Wrap-Tank.html More full 3K fills than any other scuba tank out there. A few questions I want to bring up. 1. Is this still the “King of fills” Scuba tank? 2. It comes with a DIN fitting, where does one get a “DIN to K-valve” adaptor or what does one need to make this work with he A.F. clamp? 3. How much would it cost? 4. Who has them?

found a nice scuba / paint ball shop in burleson that has 5000 psi , just have to get there when they open or leave bottle because they only run the compressor after they leave for the day. so next morning they have there tanks full.
can usually get around 4100 if not. 4750 sure last a bit longer.
Hmmm, seems to me that finding a SCUBA shop that can fill to 4350 would be the only draw back. None of them here can do it. Thats’ the only reason I went to SCBA.

Defiantly a good value for the money. Cheaper then Carbon Fiber with a life span longer then 15 years so long as it passes hydro testing. A fill station is the only limitation I see.

Thanks for the replies guys. The place I go to now has 4500, so no probs. there. Anyone know what a DIN to K-valve adaptor runs? As far as used c.f., only if the price was really cheap and you get more fills from the one I put up. Look here http://www.airhog.com/tank.htm
