I began to send part for those who’s sent me the information.
Here is video how to make the replacement. I hope there will not be any problems with it.

This was on a 270 bar fill. The 51.15grain were doing about 920fps. With the new fix will it be ok to still do this. Thanx

apparently you didn’t contact the right people if you had to wait over one year to get your spare parts
What are you saying? Ed the maker of Edgun wasnt the right person to get Edgun parts?
Ed always comes through with the goods but my customers didnt have the same patience I did.

O rings are available all over the world for only a few cents but a valve is a specifically made Edgun part.
I waited over a year for the last replacement valves I got from you so I sure hope you have made enough 30cal spares and get them to Tony asap.

The problem was with the barrel which is diffictul to send by ordinary mail. As for the valves, even if they are no availalbe at the dealer people just send me request and it takes couple of week to get them.

Reliability is not how many plastic valves you have broken but how many spares you have to replace the broken ones 😀

Are you still making the Gen 2 .30’s? Any more coming to the US in standard length or will they be R4 design next year perhaps?
Do you recall how many .30’s, Gen 1 and 2, have been sold in the US?
Also, will you make the 3mm valves available as spares through your reps or direct from you? Glad the fix has been completed for all the Gen 2 guys.

Have you gone back to a plastic valve on the 3mm stem and a 150bar reg setting?
I understand your valve weight restrictions due to hammer weight and spring design but 150 bar is brutal on the plastic even in a .25cal
Isnt this another clasic case of fix one week part and the next weakest part will break?
Im slightly concerned for you that your next chance “to improve your mistake” is not to far away.

If the gun is used withing the recommended speed of the pellet — no problem. I tested new valves hard, didn’t get no problem. Yes, it could appear some, but at least to change valve is much easier and faster then the plug. Anyhow I consider the valves as the expenditure parts, like 0-rings.

I always do even if somebody is so unpatient that don’t believe that. We have very good old Soviet Movie, that tells about Moscow after World War II, when we got a lot of gangsters. The main plot of the moive is the work of the criminal police to catch the terrible gang “Black cat”. There were many different episodes. One of them was as the British embassador went to the theater and his wifes, furcoat was stolen from the clock room. The thif was caught and the embassador was angry saying that it was terrible that’d happend and the authorities cannot stop crimes. The main person of the movie, Zheglov said wonderfull thing “The legal order in the country is not determined by the number of thieves in the country but the ability of the authoritie to neutrolize them!”
So, I can refrase it “The relaibility of the manufacturer is not in determined by the number of issues with the products they have but the ability of manufacturer to improve them”

Yes, not need to cut it, it protrudes from 3.2 up to 3.4 mm. We adjusted them here, at place.
Ed, there is no need to cut the valve stem? It already comes pre-sized.

I mean if you had to wait over one year to get the parts and Ed claims it takes only a couple of weeks if you contact him directly then or you didn’t contact Ed or Ed is talking BS.
