scope wont zero in

I just bought a condor, and cant make the scope zero inn. (4-16×50 airforce)
I have the scope rail and when installed, it was shooting low, I tried raising the cross hairs, but the adjustment knob hit its upper limit and still shoots low.

What range are you shooting at?
If their grouping good you could try shimming the scope. Some people do it and some say not to do it. Better wait for some more advice, although it did work on one of my springers a while back.

Not enough distance for the pellet to get up to the height of your crosshairs.
10 yards is almost spitting distance, and with the trirail on, theres a big gap between bore and crosshair.
