My standard got here today. It has the three dimples on the barrel near the breech. Safe to say it’s a CZ, or made in Germany?

The action is smooth with a very short cocking stroke. Second to the short length, that is my favorite feature so far..

Nice looking gun, Gabe. Let us know if you get offered a CZ barrel in exchange. My expectation is that I will be sent a Short with “a high quality barrel manufactured in the Czech Republic, or a CZ-manufactured barre”, to quote Petr directly. I have requested a CZ barrel, but you know how hard it is for Petr to keep up with messages.

Well my excitement was short lived.
It has the made in Germany barrel which really doesn’t bum me out too much. My disappointment stems from the tgag advertising. It specially says the barrel will come from the Chzechoslovakia.
I emailed tgag with my concern asking them to send me the correct barrel.
I’m hoping Peter does right and send me a CZ.
