Hi,
When I unscrewed the tank from the Condor the silver thingy got lose and fell in my hand.
It scared the hell out of me.
Can I just put it back or is a more serious problem?

Alex,
I just had the chance to look at your post.
You must have really been playing with that empty rifle for that valve stem to pull out like that….
As far as the “white piece” that you have, that is a complete mystery to me. I have no idea what that is and where it came from. It has nothing to do with me, even though it does look like some sort of valve seal..
Put the vlave stem back in the tank, turn it over and just bounce the tank on a carpeted surface LIGHTLY to set the stem….Try to get a couple 100psi in the tank. Put a light coat of divers silicone around the top hat and dry fire a couple times to fully seat the stem.
Good Luck, Tony

Never, ever unscrew the tank without sliding the bolt forward first.

Especially on a tank that is EMPTY!!! 😯

Do Not push the valve back into the tank until you have put some air in the tank to hold the valve seat to the valve. Other wise, it will simply push into the tank rather than resisting and you being able to push the valve stem into it. It needs the resistance of the air pressure.

The white piece could very well be a new piece to cushion and attach the valve stem to the delrin seat. Don’t know. I’ve never seen this piece before, but your valve stem looks shorter and doesn’t have the serrations usually found on the valve stem.

Mike

your o rings probably need a little lube, is why its pulling the valve out when you cock the gun.

what’s the deal with that white piece guys, are you sure that came out of the gun

I have the solution.
I will have a new custom made tank sent to me and I will send the foulty one back.
What can I say? I am fucking unlucky….
I will keep you posted guys of how my drama will end.
Hope it will have a happy end….

I have a new aproch for the problem.
How should it would suppose to be if it would not be foulty?

Translation:

“Does anyone have a link to a diagram of how a valve is supposed to look and or be assembled”????

Doc, if you were stateside I’d overnight you my 1088!!!! 😈

Thank you King.
As I see how the good sistem should be I think the problem is the delrin valve seat that doesn’t keep the valve atached to the tank.
I guess the white part isn’t from the tank.
Do you have a solution for my problem?

The “black thing” is the delrin valve. That is suppose to be there.

The “white thing” I have never seen before. If it belongs in the valve then it is something new or custom made.

Here is a thread that shows the condor valve

In the tank i see a black thing… like rubber.
Do you want me to put the white thing in the valve or the white thing in the tank and then press it tith the valve?

Get a flash light and shine it down into the hole the stem came out of.

Can you see inside the tank? What do you see and what color is it?

Put the stem back in the valve and push down the stem. Can you compress the spring?

Don’t know what the stem is.
can you please be more specific?
Do you have yahoo messenger?
I can send you the cam so it will be interactive.

Does the stem just sit loosely in the valve?

Pablo,
I am not trying to find who is guilty for this I am trying to find a solution.
Please be a part of the solution.

PS: The messege was for Pablo not for Grit

Grit is right…
I will comit suicide :((((((((((((((
I am an fucking unlucky guy.
I don’t know if the white plastic thing is from the tank or the valve but I find it neer the rifle and I don’t have any ideea where it is from.
The thing that I know it is that the valve comes out every time I try to cock the rifle.
It is just ataching itself to the breach.
Damn thing… I would kill for a solution… :(((((((((((((((
