Q:

SILVER THING GOT LOSE FROM THE TANK… PLEASE HELP !!!

Hi,
When I unscrewed the tank from the Condor the silver thingy got lose and fell in my hand.
It scared the hell out of me.
Can I just put it back or is a more serious problem?
Respectfully, Alex

Dr’ That white thing appears to be the seal. The stem pushes into that. The little spring inside the valve sits behind the seal and pushes it close after you fire. At the back of the valve is a big ‘bolt’ with a hole in it. This holds that little spring in place.
I suspect your odd looking seal has somehow come up through the stem shaft in the valve body. If it had come out the back you’d have the spring retaining nut and the valve spring out too.

Where did you get this valve from?

Pap, Walt, Jerry, Rob, Lama, Wok, and all you other air gun aficionados…please help this boy out before he busts a blood vessel in his cranium. He is stressing out…I sense his condor is all he has to shoot and he is in need of a fix…big time!

I answered many of his private messages…but as I told him, I have never had my valve apart on my condors…so I cannot advise him correctly. I think he may be off his meds as well 😆 So answer this S.O.S. before he has a nervous breakdown 😆 🙂 😀 😆

Don’t know at what end it came off.
The valve doesn’t stay anymore atached to the tank.
Don’t know what to do.
The white thing I find it on the floor after I tryedd to cock the gun.
The valve and the white thing came off.
Pleaseeeeeeee help me!

What end of the valve did that seal come from? Looks like a custom one, thats a tad too small and come up the stem shaft??!!
Or out the back cos the valve spring retainer has come off?

Guys… more problems… now it came off and a plastic thing came off too without doing nothing but forwarding the breach.
PLEASE HELP ME !!!

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO !!!

It was no presure in the tank and the gun wasn’t cocked.
Practicaly… the hammer was touching the valve so it created friction.
This is why when I tryed to unscrew the tank the valve remained atached to the hammer.

Is the reason this happened because of no pressure in the tank? Just trying to understand what happened??? Thanks.

Thank you Pab!
You saved my life and my mental state of mind.
Thx again !!!

As long as the tophat isn’t too low, you can just push the stem back in nice and firm, fine with no air in the tank.

I put the valve back in.
The tank doesn’t have air in it but tomorow I recive the pump and I was afraid that I can hurt myself if I put presure in it.
So… is there anything that I need to do then dry fire it a couple of times?
Can this unfortunate situation afect the power or the precision of my Condor?

Odd that its come loose, but should should be able to push it back in, then dry fire it a few times to seat it properly. There is an outside chance that a dump could happen if the delrin seal is damaged in some way (hence the stem coming out) but it should be ok.
