Some Cricket .25 Questions
Hi guys, first post here…so I have been really wanting a bullpup for a couple years now (after watching Ted’s early Edgun vids) and with this new availability of Crickets I feel like now is a good time to pick one up. Hopefully I will have all my cash together in a month or two of some overtime at work to be able to pick up a synthetic stocked .25 from WWAG :D. Anyway I have a few questions that I have not been able to get a clear answer to by simply searching:
1. Is the current production of .25 barrels in Crickets LW or CZ? It doesn’t really matter I know but I am just curious as I have heard people say both….
2. How is the accuracy at longer ranges with the .25? I know, I know, accuracy really isnt a question with these guns but I just haven’t seen many pics of targets past 50 yards shot with a .25, obviously I would hope with such a efficient reg and good quality barrel sub 1″ groups at 100 yards from a bench-rest scenario would be possible, am I wrong/right?
3. Can the shroud be disassembled for cleaning? I understand it can be screwed off but can the actual components of the shroud be removed and cleaned?
4. I know predators cannot fit into the mag but can they be single loaded into the breech? Or is the breech width just too short to accommodate them?
5. Does anyone run a sling with the crickets? Is it even possible to use one with the bullpup config?
That’s it guys, I really appreciate the help. And btw I have lurked here for about a year now and can honestly say this is by far the best airgun forum to come read, I am a member of some of the other “major” ag forums but what I enjoy about this place is that there isn’t a bunch of censorship B.S. and forum wide bias towards a certain gun/brand, folks here seem to just speak there minds and I respect that so my hat’s off to y’all.
Cheers
Caleb

Be aware, the synthetic is heavier than the walnut.
