That sucks. Regardless of PERSONAL issues between 2 parties, when it come to business, that is a whole nother story. Steve and AOA should be more professional and support the product they sell.
Just about SICK and TIRED of these Distributors/Manufacturers not giving support to products they sell. If YOU are not set up to BACK what you sell (ie, FX, Daystate, Theoben, products made by the DIY…ETC ETC ETC), then close down your business. Its very frustrating to receive a crappy product then the person who sold it to your turns his back or has to wait 3 months to get SAID part from EUROPE.

I have been watching this unfold and it is very unsettling to see a manufacture collect $100 for a regulator and offers ZERO repair or replace policy if it is faulty. And boast and brag about it.
That does not fly here on the TAG.
No one should buy any product that the manufacturer has so little faith in they will not repair or replace a faulty one.
I hope you get your regulator replace by AOA and they do not try to weasel out of making it right.

Come to find out the regulator is designed as “Disposable” It can not be opened and can not be rebuilt by the user. So if it breaks and has no warranty or support it essentially is $100 paperweight.
What a scam is that? Regulators can be rebuilt and maintained by the user because a spec of dust can cause them to fail.
