Q:

Suppressor or PCP?

I have a Savage Mk2, and am planning on send it off for some accurizing. It would be a great time to get it threaded, and I have money set aside for the threading, tuning, and suppressor and related trust paperwork. But, I can buy a M-rod or Rainstorm plus compressor and tank for a little more than $1K. What say you all? Shooting will be in the not so country country.

Slayer how much are you paying per shot on your M-rod? The predators seem to be more than .22LR ammo

I briefly owned a 22 M-Rod and it is very quiet. Definitely neighbor friendly. Not sure about the Rainstorm sound levels.

I have a .25 Marauder and it is awesome. neighborhood freindly and powerful. I have the shoebox compressor and a guppy tank for unlimited air!
