Swapped out barrel on my Talon and now it’s harder to cock?
I’ve done some barrel swaps before and never had any trouble. Picked up a used .177 barrel some time back. Rifle is still very consistent, there is just some resistance when cocking. Any ideas?

are the bushings the same ? what i mean is, do you use only one set of bushings, or , did these come with the new barrel?
is the ‘ stinger ” bent, maybe ? pull the gun apart and see if there are any rub marks on the breech.
try greasing the inside of the breech. it could be a little dry.
that’s all i can think of, offhand.
