I have examined the AA S400 more closely. There are THREE large holes at the base of the shroud that you can see the barrel through. They actually vent the shroud…very poorly I might add.
I wet my finger and put it near the ports and fired the rifle. Then I wet my pants, because the ports vented almost NO air at all.
I then realized the baffles are of a very poor design and do not allow that back shoud area to be maximized for sound reduction. I’ve got to get in there and open up some pathways. The muzzle blast from a shot on high power is quite loud…unacceptably loud and there is no reason for that.
There are only two ways to get into trouble with a firearm or pellet rifle:
1) and the most important….is getting caught!
2) and the second most important….is getting caught!
Thus, applying deductive reasoning, and impeccible logic, I sense that if you can’t be heard, can’t easily be seen, use one shot at a time, you have an excellent chance of getting by without a bleeding heart, liberal cock sucker, crossing your path and creating a problem where none exists, expect for the bleeding heart, cock sucking, liberal.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
