Q:

Thanks Guys

well….

I Been pulling my hair out trying to get this dang condor to shoot. I took a file and cleaned up all the sharp edges that were tearing up the hammer then I polished the barrel where the breech rides. the hit the inside of the frame with some flits. Everything was finished, just waiting on the Hammer.

I had it in pieces and decided to wait for the new hammer from tony + the supersear… well it got the best of me when UPS dropped off my 90 Duro orings for the breech i just couldn’t help my self.

I changed out the stock AF oring with the new ones…. put everything back together and started tinkering with it across the crony..

Running it with the TT 3piece top hat large restrictor

kinda rough tune right now but I’m really happy with it… i filled it up to 3000….. started off at 856

took about 6 or so shots to climb up to 870 -890 range where i got about 30 shots in that range. Tryin to save some pellets. waiting on them too

Its looking really promising and I’m happy i tossed it together tonight.

Thanks to all ….

Nice numbers! Now go kill something!

Hell, get tcmalker to help you. He says he has a big shovel. And we all know it’s true. Just look at all the shit he is able to scope out of his ass in such a short time! 😆 Impressive to say the least!
That’s gotta count for something. 😉

But for some reason, he hasn’t been able to shit out the post he claims I said filling to 3000 is dangerous. 🙄

Knife 😀

And fyi the last 12 hours I have been plowing not just watching Netflix I fucking hate snow

I fill to 3200 psi in the TalonDor. The tank is rated to 3000Psi on our guns. At no time did I ever sat 3000psi was dangerous to fill too. 🙄
I have said that 3000 psi can be dangerous if you dont’ pay attention to what the hell your doing. Or in your case, don’t have a clue as what the hell your doing. Is that simple enough for you? Do we need to draw pictures for you? :3:

Your a complete DUMBASS

What? You’re saying that fill to 3000 is NOT dangerous? The gun won’t blow up? But Knife told us it IS dangerous and will blow up your gun. Why did you lie to us Knife?

TC… I’m gonna give you some friendly advice,

when you calling someone out like Knife you may wanna post a link so that we can decipher for our selfs what was told. Don’t go putting words in peoples mouths some may get offended.

you’ve done dug yourself into a hole on this forum. You calling out knife like that isn’t helping you. post a link. I think you may be taking his words out of context here. I find it hard to

believe that knife would make a statement like that. after all He does shoot a .257 which uses a higher fill to start with.

Don’t worry about me I have a big shovel. As for knife, he know what I’m talking about. He keep falsely accusing tcmalker of giving dangerous advises. I’m calling you out bro!

What are you crazy? Filling all the way to 3000? You want to blow your gun up or something?

I once sent a 6 year old air force tank out for hydro testing. I believe they fill it to nearly 9000 psi. It passed the test and I laid my face on that tank for two years afterwards. Yes, 3000 will not be ideal with his set up, but by no means dangerous 😉

No Shit! Can’t be any older than 9 or 10. 🙄

LDP its all good… Yeh he’s got something wrong upstairs…

dman i was not posting that towards you at all and understand that you were shooting a string to find out what the fill pressure should be. I was replying to tcmalker and his continued smart ass ignorant comments towards tuning and maintaining these airguns while boasting about knowing everything and in reality he is just making a complete fool and ass of himself. Sry for the rant i just wanted to make sure you did not think i directed any of that towards you dman.

Its not about blowing up the gun and if you were a little smarter or knew something about tuning you would be able to recognize the wasted air by filling to 3k. He should be filling the tank only to the point where he started hitting 870 fps and not waste the shots and air filling to 3k. I figured someone with youre knowledge and expertise would already know that.

Thanks LDP, 80grit,

I didn’t want to feed him any….

I know that 3K wasn’t the ideal pressure…. but you gotta start somewhere. If you look at my other thread it likes to start right at 2750ish so thats where i fill to now.
