The FX Royale 400 is here…. pics added

Well Ii’ve decided to purchase a BSA Scorpion T10 Bull Barrel Tactical .22 as soon as AOA gets them in – they say in about 4 weeks time… Until then Im gonna trade my 80 cf aluminium fill tank in for a steel high pressure 108cf tank and possibly off load my 12 and 18″ .177 barrels to any takers here on the forum…

The bullpup scheme really does not appeal to me – I am sure it a great shooter -comfortable and very useful in certain if not all situations- I just prefer otherwise.

I think JD does not like the bullpups style.

JD, if I were you, I would go with the EDgun before the R10… They will
be really close in price and ya just can’t beat an EDgun unless you just
hate bullpups..

That’s cool, I don’t mind offering as much info as I can in trying to help someone decide on a rifle…I look for the same kind of info when I’m trying to make a decision…let us know what you decide on.

Not to go back and forth but – my HV shoots 18 grain JSBs at an average of 950 or so. 16 grain JSBs will peak above 1000fps —I was strictly basing my proposed purchase off the shot curve AoA has on their site. 40 powerful consistent shots -from 230 bar. The HV does use alot of air but it is very accurate and very powerful- at this point in time I am looking for a slightly higher shot count and low extreme spread-quiet is good too. If I could find more useful info on a US version of the BSa R10 -I’d go for that. I am surely narrowing the selections down.. thanks for the info.

May shift gears on the Scorpion -seeming as though the HV shoots alot hotter and the count is just as high…I’ll just keep my mouth shut on what the next one will be 😉

I’m sure it will shoot a little faster with another 250 psi in the tank. I only filled it to 3,000 and for all intents and purposes that probably wasn’t even 3,000 as my gauge is proving to show 100 t0 150 psi higher than is actually in the rifle…I will re crony it again, now that I have a cf tank…when I get a chance….and the HV above was shooting pellets that weigh almost 2 grains lighter than the ones I shot that day…

I’m sure that you will enjoy your BSA for a few days before you move on to the next one 😉

I think that is the best description of us airgun guys I have ever heard. 😆

That is very good shot count too, it would be nice to shoot her through a chrony to see how she does 😆 , great gun GRIT.
