the hottest valve i’ve ever got

tried a few valves,but this one seems to be the hottest.real constant pressure,make sure i can shoot the best shot.

That looks like a bullpup configuration using some af parts maybe.

I think what he is saying is with a .22 (1.4g) 21g pellet and a (80g) 2.8 ounce hammer the gun is producing the following

1595 psi (11mpa) is generating 951 fps (290 m/s)
1812psi (12.5mpa) is generating 1000 fps (305 m/s)
1960psi (13.5mpa) is generating 1049 fps (320 m/s)

All of this with less than 6.56 fps (2m/s) down to a end pressure of (4-5mpa) 750 psi

My question is how many shots on a fill? It’s great at the consistency but the concept behind a reg is repeatably.

951 on a 1600psi fill is impressive IF, IF ❓ ❓ it can be done with a long (30-40+ shots) shot string.
I’d only need to gas β€˜er up to about 1300 psi on my rig. 😎

You’re right about the valve; Shooting a little too hot for any real accuracy IMHO. 😯

And what’s with two gauges ??

thank you for your follow-up and the calculation,buddy.it’ll be about 30 shots in total.

as for the gauges,one shows the pressure in valve,while the other shows the pressure in tank,that’s what these 2 gauges for.

Damn, what does all this mean? Can you put it into a format that can be understood by a simpleton like me?

It may be better to show starting PSI, ending PSI, and show your shot string (in fps). Then show photos of your actual groupings. Also, close up photos of your products would be helpful.

The title of your post caught my interest. But, to be honest, the rest of what you posted sounds fishy and not credible. Maybe English is not your 1st language? Or if, English is your 1st language, then your syntax and composition skills need help.

750 psi MIGHT get you around 700 fps with a 14.3 grainer………..850 psi yielded right around 800 fps with a 15 grain Lobo round ball. It was starting to push that ball too fast. At 765 fps I smoked a big jackrabbit at 146 yards with 1 shot.
It jumped 3 feet in the air, did a backflip and laid dead.

I need to get my rifle, find the psi sweet spot then get a reg from you at that psi setting.

Slug valve on a spin lock tank and a 24″ TJ .257 barrel for my own hand cast slugs.
Regulator on a spin lock tank for use with the factory LW barrel and pellets for ‘lighter’ pest control.

I have my plan finalized for the ultimate in platform diversity but my Condor SS needs to get delivered first.

The simple answer is to ask Dyotat100 make a reg for your rig. He made one for my .25. I just did a shot string last night with 25.4 with a fill to 3000 and got 51 shots with an SD of less than 10. πŸ˜€

My 22xx does 835 fps with a Kodiak on 1400 psi and the valve design makes the air take two 90Β° turns before its inline with the barrel.
With a straight flow valve design, I could absolutely see him hitting that mark with the extra 200 psi.

Maybe on a 25 caliber with a heavier pellet it would slow things down to an acceptable velocity for accuracy, but only use ‘x’ amount of air pressure.

I’m a huge believer in regulators unless you need raw output for heavy slugs.

I have to admit, most of the commercial big bore air rifles (until recently) are made in South Korea and they have a pretty good record.

I’m sticking to what I know Stateside, but that doesn’t mean his product doesn’t work.
A thorough report with all data and pics as previously stated would be much more convincing than a simple statement.

I come up with he is shooting 22 gr pellets at 951,1000, and 1050 fps.

By the looks of it it is a valve reg combo.
