Trigger Guard/AR15 combo and frame flex
I finished up a run of the new T/G Combo today and got them powder coated.
What I found out is when installed it significantly reduced frame flex of the Talon/Condor frame. I was able to test it by using the laser and watching for the laser movement while looking through the scope. Normally if you shoulder or grip the gun to firm you can visually see the laser dot move while viewing through the scope. With the T/G Combo installed I could not get the laser dot to move unless significant pressure was applied. So I am pretty happy with that.
It is milled out of a single bar of 6061 aluminum and then given a baked on hard matte black powder coat finish.

Unfortunately I have to redesign my AAA .25 around this new one piece guard. I say unfortunately because I really like the custom grip and forearm…but I do feel that in lieu of this “function following form” benefit, Adam’s design along with the stock forearm are aesthetically pleasing. Man, who can deny the way it brings out the “lines” on these “Hot Rods”.
After some tweaking I see another trip to try some long range groups with some surefires. With my new scope, and my new Wok one piece…I may set some record 100 yard groups. I’ll keep you posted!

Reducing frame flex makes the gun more forgiving and more likely to be accurate when you’re lining up that record long rabbit shot or the 5th shot in your best group ever. Most cosmetic upgrades don’t actually make the gun work better. This could be one heck of a bargain! One mod and the gun shoots better and looks better.
Can’t wait to get mine. I wonder how if it will improve my groups on my AAA condor considering how much power it is putting out. Good job WOK! As always…SHOW OFF 😎
