TSS Accidental Discharge

TSS fires when the safety is flipped off..All lube has been removed and it still happens…HELP !!!!

the sear between the hammer sear and trigger arm, i call it the middle sear, is your culprit it has rounded edges and is not holding the hammer sear

you have to file it a bit to square it off, and you will be fine…the oval hole in the hammer sear will take up any slack

if someone posts a picture of the middle sear i will gladly show you where to square it off with a file

stretching the springs will not help you…they might have been able to hide the problem…but a shock to the rifle can set it off if your only stretching spring !

its the middle sear that needs to be fixed…its not hard with a small file or a dremel to do !

Is the safety bar located inserted where it should be in the trigger group? Maybe stretch the springs a bit to get more pressure on the rearward trigger pieces?
