Two new crickets.
pics will be added tomorrow with luck peeps but today i took delivery of 2 crickets ! tactical version and a walnut one .
I refuse to compare them to the edguns we got last week under any curcumstances so dont ask lol
But i think i shall be keeping the tactical even if i have to buy it off my boss (im praying he reads this and takes the hint lol).

It happens that I have an Edgun (duh) and Sunday I see someone on the 1OOm shooting range who has a Cricket.
He told me he was very happy to give the cricket to me and I could shoot some groups with it.
Results will be posted here my friends..

No I know who to sell the guns 🙂 most of the shooters are crazy about design and some features they consider as a technical 🙂 Just one remark, regarding the “advantage” mentioned here:
Higher position of the barrel from the reservoir and thus thicker moderator.
1. The higher is barrel from the reservoir, the longer channel you need to have the air go from the reservoir, the less efficiency of the gun you have. It means that you cannot speed the gun up. I know that many of you are quite happy with the midium level of the pellets but I would prefer to have middium level of the speed on the gun capable for high speed, in this case gun works not on the edge of its possibility rather then to have the same speed but at the pick of its potential.
2. The moderator, there were such a topic on my forum as well, people thought the the more volume of the moderator is, the better result you have. We just calculated, taking into consideration that the sound level of EDgun and Cricket is on the equal level, even when EDgun has higher speed of the pellet, but Cricket’s moderator has 30 % of volume more then EDgun’s moderator. Will we talk about the efficiency? No problem to fetch the 100 liters barrel to the the barrel 🙂 but I got that the sound of pellet impact is louder then the sound of the shot and I think that is enough level of suppression.
Cricket is a normal gun with some advantages and some disadvantages, everybody should take what he prefers 🙂 I just want people first think what they really need, rather then fall down by the emotional shock 🙂

Well that’s not a deal breaker really, a guy could make a single loading tool real quick , or manufacturer could supply one with the rifle without to much trouble.I really love these bull pups, but the price really sets them back on my list of things to get, too many other hobbies and priorities in line first.
