As long as your playing grab ass with someone……… :fishinghole:
This is something I must learn about
I found the program on Hawke Optics site http://www.hawkeoptics.com/chairgun.html
It is great for generating pellet performance curves such as trajectory over distance, velocity, etc. I print out a curve for each of my rifles and pellet combinations as I guide to use when hunting varmints to estimate hold over/under. The program estimates seem pretty accurate. It is useful and fun to simulate the affects of an incline shot like up into a tree.

Thank AJ3 :biggrinn:

You need to go outside and shoot to do that
Yeah your right Lead so instead of being outside shooting or getting my Rocks off here on the board everyday like you. I was in a B&B for the last day and 1/2 celabrating my second wedding anniversary with the wife no time to be outdoors shooting or no time to play grab ass with you.

Chair Gun Pro has been really useful to me and I have been able to confirm most of the calculations on my target range. It is amazing to me how much scope distance to barrel and rifle inclination affect pellet trajectory.
Thanks AJ3! Downloading that program now……. :thumb:
I have a Vulcan on the way as well with a Aeon scope from TT. According to the Hawk Optics software on my iPad, the near with JSB Kings @ 940 fps, 2″ scope to barrel distance is roughly 17-18 yards.
I’m having Tony @ TT mount and level my Hawke Tacticle. I asked him to zero my Vulcan .25 to 50 yds. What would my approximate near zero be?
I got 25 zeroed at 50 and 22 at 38 yards. Been thinking of putting the 22 at 50 as well

Like i said ” unless blah, blah ” just above. But if you want to zero your Cricket at its optimum zero range – or any PCP really – then 32-33 m oughtta be that.
