ive talked before on how difficult it was to import this gun here to Norway and the problems i have had to get it here, now it`s here should be happy right, listen to this,you know the rush you get when the fedx dude rings the door bell and your like fuck yer its finally here (and for me it has been a saga) but you dont want to stand at the door way grinning like a fucken muppet but you got a bit of a high and the wait is over well that was the best part of this for me cause when i opened the box the black box inside looked raped and dragged by a horse when i took it out of the box the gun was scratched and i saw the paint was gone from the underside of the scope rail im thinkin this guns been used. screwed on the tank it felt heavy cocked it and fired it to feel the trigger pull, bang!!!! the tank was full of air 2600psi i checked it with my gauge and flown hundreds of miles on a plane on top of that i saw there was a letter inside the box thought it was some warning or info took it out and it was a letter of complaint from a previous buyer wanting his money back!!!!im like fuck me this has gotta be a joke!!!! this gives it away but after i watched the dvd, which i should have had a smoke before i saw it.it did make me smile decided to take her up to the loft shoot a few through it have to say awesome shot 10 shots through the same hole at 15m so what do you reckon i should do ????

just got a phone call form one of there reps… nice girl there paying for everything and sending a new gun as we speak getting fedx to pick up this end i cant ask for more than that .. now i can spend some more money to pimp it up and send some pictures and let you know how she shoots and finally stop complaining and start contributing… thanks for all your feed back
it sounds like they’re moving towards a more fair settlement if they’re offering to reimburse you for shipping and import taxes. that’s money they cannot recoup.
i would call to talk by phone to make sure they understand your concerns and, hopefully, get verbal reassurance. it would be nice of them to pay both sets of taxes to compensate you for your time and trouble but i don’t know if you’ll be able to convince them of that.

i am seriously considering just to cancel this order totally get my money back and right this off as a bad lesson learned!!!! can you guys recommend a dealership that does`nt fuck people around and that delivers internationally at a fair price??? i have hear back from them now and they say that they`ll pay for the return delivery and the import taxes and wire me that money, send me a new gun but that will be a week or two of sleepless night wondering if they`ll, send me a blue gun or red one or the same gun back!!!! fuck me. thanks for all you reply`s guys 😈 👿 😈 👿
you 2 eh.. i just took the barrel out and have posted it on ss tallon pages about the bushings cause mine dont line up ive got three holes and only one in each bushing has a thread if i line the threaded one up with the bottom or side the other two dont line up and the two that do line up dont have any threads at all they are just drilled through this gun seems to be a conglomeration of dismantled parts and put back together with parts laying around there workshop and shiped as a new gun this just keeps getting better and better……….
good point. pyramidayr has frequent back-orders that often extend well-beyond their anticipated ship-date.
makes one wonder, doesn’t it ? that and the infamous ” back order”.
i’m wondering if this is pyramidayr. they have a friendly return policy which means they resell what’s been returned.
i was sold a previously used item (hawke sidewinder) from pyramidayr a few months ago.
that offer is not satisfactory. i understand you have a business to run and that you cannot reimburse me entirely for my time. and while i had to pay import fees, i expected to pay those fees when i ordered this gun.
but i expected to pay those fees for the gun i ordered. i did not expect to pay those fees for a gun i did not order and i did not order a used gun.
so, i’m asking that you re-consider your position. i’m willing to keep this gun but i’d like to be compensated for selling me a used gun.

thanks again for all your comments its appreciated i have received an email back from them, stating that they will exchange the gun for a new one but i have to pay for the shipping and they ll refund me the money after that so thats a start but im still not happy i also contacted a mr woods of texas just to say that i had the letter he had written and the gun he rejected and weather or not he had got his refund and to ask him how many rounds he had put through it, i allready knew why he didnt want the gun cause it wes explained in the letter. interestingly it was stated that the talon ss was a discontinued model??? i got a reply almost strait away he hadnt received his refund yet but they were aware of it and working on it, the letter was dated in april,he basically was happy with the gun just wanted a bigger caliber as the gun is .177 i also asked him about the discontinued model they had told him that it had been dscontinued…i wished him luck as did he me. cool old dude i really want to say who the dealer is you might be as shocked as i am more so i wish i could walk into there store im a fairly big guy im sure i would end up walking out with a shinny new gun with alot of extra stash.i am thinking if they send me a new barrel and a new tank then i will settle for that and avoid the 25% import tax. i have a back order with them as well which i have allready payed for have to wait till monday ill see what happens thanks again guys the saga continues!!!!!
