Q:

what would you do !!!!

ive talked before on how difficult it was to import this gun here to Norway and the problems i have had to get it here, now it`s here should be happy right, listen to this, you know the rush you get when the fedx dude rings the door bell and your like fuck yer its finally here (and for me it has been a saga) but you dont want to stand at the door way grinning like a fucken muppet but you got a bit of a high and the wait is over well that was the best part of this for me cause when i opened the box the black box inside looked raped and dragged by a horse when i took it out of the box the gun was scratched and i saw the paint was gone from the underside of the scope rail im thinkin this guns been used. screwed on the tank it felt heavy cocked it and fired it to feel the trigger pull, bang!!!! the tank was full of air 2600psi i checked it with my gauge and flown hundreds of miles on a plane on top of that i saw there was a letter inside the box thought it was some warning or info took it out and it was a letter of complaint from a previous buyer wanting his money back!!!!im like fuck me this has gotta be a joke!!!! this gives it away but after i watched the dvd, which i should have had a smoke before i saw it.it did make me smile decided to take her up to the loft shoot a few through it have to say awesome shot 10 shots through the same hole at 15m so what do you reckon i should do ????

i’m inclined to agree with the previous posters that you should open the discussion with the dealer about your disappointment paying for a new gun that’s not in new condition and even contains a letter from a previous owner that was unsatisfied with the gun.

see what they have to say about that. if they offer a refund, let them know that’s not satisfactory because of your time and trouble, even assuming they pay for return shipping.

at some point in this exchange, you might let them know that had you been informed you were purchasing a used gun and had they charged a fair price for a used gun, you would be ok with this. and, even now, you would consider a fair price (ie, partial refund) for this used gun.

threatening them should be a last resort. but sending a full air tank, i believe, is a serious violation of some law in the u.s. and almost certainly norway.

p.s. what was the previous owner complaining about?

I agree with Long Hunter, keep the gun if it runs true but get on the dealer about how pissed you are about being sent a “defective” 2nd hand gun threatening to post the whole story with a copy of the last owners return letter of evidence up on the Dealers BOI on the Yellow unless they make the deal right

likely they will offer some extras to slide it under the rug

was this a major dealer?

after all you’ve gone through so far just to get the first one, you have to ask yourself is it worth the bs to go through all that again. a can of black spray paint would go pretty far, i’m guessing, and i’d try and con the dealer out of some extra goodies, just for my trouble and you might drop the hint that it would shed a favorable light on him as well. let us know how it works out.

this is a tough call for me, really… looks good on my gun wall and shoots ok so far,, but i should get what i paid for and i have gone through alot, but do these guns vary from each other i mean they are made pretty solidly and seem to be constructed well, besides the plastic trigger and i am going to do more to it.. longer barrel, shroud, bras hammer o ring mods. my main concern is the tank and valve if they send me a new gun could it be a worse gun?? have you guys experienced this in the past i guess i have to wait to see what they say..maybe i should have em send me a new air tank dont want to sell myself short .. thanks for your posts so far guys

if you don’t get any satisfaction from the dealer in question, i think i would be tempted to put the letter and alll information up on the BOI. that being said, i would do everything in my power to sort this out, FIRST. and, you’re excused, now go and wash your mouth out with soap 😆

No need to apologize here, your french is good.

I would think about sending it back, you paid for a new gun you should receive new gun not someones returned gun, but I have not shot it either.

do have to appologise for all the french… my mother tough me better than this

yer it was and a major one!!!sent em an email havnt heard anything back yet but like you say im of 2 minds kinda worried about the tank and valves being flown in a plane and charged to 2800psi its kinda like having sex with a girl at a party thats just had sex with someone ells still a fuck but cant help feeling that im getting fucked!!!!!! 👿

that DVD is killer! 😆 😆 😆 . seriously, i think after all you went through to get it, if it shoots that good, i’d probably keep the gun and see how it shakes out. was this purchace through a dealer?
