So it looks like now Delta has introduced the Titanium’s that are now 3-24×56 with a 34mm tube? What is the parallax setting on them again?

Yesterday I got my Prochrono, I bought from PA, along with plenty of cleaning items & accessories, ,, shooting rest,,, big plano case for accessories, ,, the weight was 12 kg, what surprised me is the shipping cost was only $48 from PA doors to my city, ,, it took only 4 days to arrive Dubai & waiting for more 3 days, ,,, then arrived my city within only 7 days….
The funny section is here…. the party which is operating FedEx here asked/ took $38 :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :angrymob: :angrymob:
Also ordered two scopes from OpticstradeEU, ,,, Hawke 8-32X56 pro for my friend, ,,, and Delta Optical 6-24X40 SFP for my Benjamin… for both scopes I paid €70 from Slovenia to my city it took only two days, ,,, for the agency of UPS here I paid $50 :angrymob:
I have to say that my brother Ville was right about the Delta scopes … this scope is really really clear and very good construction, ,,, it has a 1000 g shockproof. …
Still not tried the Prochrono. ..no free time. ..
I suck at operating anything with buttons. Im ashamed being in my 30s i only learnt how to format my computer. But it took me less than 5mins to fully operate the pro chrono. So far it does better job in terms of ability to read (less error given sufficient light) and consistency compared to my of f1. Easy to clean as most of it just flat smooth surface, and seems very very accurate. My only complaint is that its kinda bulky and it only reads at bright sunny day. But other than that i would go for pro chrono
The blade distance is set using a clamp-on arm and shims of different thicknesses. I haven’t used mine much, but with limited use I would say it is not difficult to adjust. I have a friend who had the V1 version, and that version had issues with the clamping strap loosening up after a couple shots.
Any change to POI with the V2 or V3 attached?

I didn’t notice any with the V2, but honestly when I used it I was more interested in seeing how the V2 worked than in how it affected the pellet gun (a .30 Matador).
Damn,,,,, here is a damn shit election is going on, I ordered a big cleaning and maintenance items from PyramydAir for my friend, including two of the Prochrono… the package arrived in my city within 6-7days…. but because of the damn election I can get the package only next week Sunday, ,,

I have the V2, not the V3, but I can say that it DOES work for .30 pellets. I don’t recall exactly what settings I used, but IIRC, there was a general sensitivity setting and one for the composition of the projectile (e.g., steel core, jacketed, pure lead, etc.). Although I never tried smaller pellets, I think I read that some folks got it to work with .22 or .25 pellets, but not .177. My guess (and it’s only a guess) is that they tweaked the sensitivity settings to pick up the smaller projectiles.

The air rifle mode was the main reason I upgraded to the V3 but the V3 also has an improved strap system that has a spring-loaded coarse adjustment buckle so you can much more quickly loosen or tighten the strap for initial fit-up. The new display is nice too and it can use either a 9V or 2x 123a batteries and you no longer need a screwdriver to change batteries.
I’ve been looking at the V3. What airguns have you strapped it to? does it work for .177-.30? I’ve read in the manual you have to adjust blade distance from projectile and was wondering if that was pretty easy or a pain to deal with.

Yesterday i have reading on this one,,, and let me know about your opinion ,,, RCBS AmmoMaster Chronograph
I have the Gamma Master Chrony and it is tooooo finicky! After a 1/2hr of getting the right hight, distance and lighting I still get “ERROR” readings a minimum of 1out of 10 shots. So I have recently purchased the Prochrony with computer software fingers crossed for a less finicky chrony.
I would love to try out the “Magnetospeed V3” but, I cant spend another $400 on a another chronograph just for my rifles. (my bows would get jealous).
As far as an upgrade program… no. Got the V3 for $375 shipped through a group buy and just sold my V2 for $275. I had my V2 for probably 8 months. I think Bison Tactical is doing a “trade up” offer for current V2 owners but I’m not sure of the pricing details.

Did you get any kind of upgrade deal for the Magnetospeed V3? I have a V2 that’s not very old; got it before they announced the V3

Secoda,,, the point that i chose this one http://www.optics-trade.eu/shop/int/catalog/product/view/id/2538/s/delta-optical-titanium-6-24×42-ao/category/2/ is has a 10 mtr to Inf parallax setting ,,, and the rest is above 50 mtr… which is not suitable for airguns,,
