which way would be better?
i am going to buy either a talon or the SS not sure which would a talon with a shroud be just as quiet or quieter than a talon ss? if so i think i would just buy the talon and put a shroud on because the regular talon is cheaper..
also is there any other places that sell shrouds other than talon tunes?

with a standard flow valve, you honestly don’t even need baffles inside the shroud. I have a talon ss with 24″ barrel and made myself a shroud. It is 12″ long and has an ID of 1.37″ With vented bushing and frame, all you can here is the hammer slap, and a slight pop if you are standing directly in front. With a condor valve that would all change, but you are getting a talon so it should work fine.

i am interested in making a suppressor for it , maybe put it inside the shroud does anyone have any ideas for one? i was thinking of a vaime suppressor looks like it would be the easiest to make

From what I hear the talon SS is kind of loud stock. Like a Benji at 8 pumps loud. But Mac1 airguns said they can install 5 baffles to make it as quiet as a low power springer. There is all different types of shrouds and ways to make both of them quiet…
Airhog sells shrouds, as well as bills frame extender. A talon with a good shroud will be way quitter than a talon ss.
