That sir is a ATI Mosin Nagant down turned bolt handle bolted to a custom breach… (Turned upside down and extra holes drilled and probably some nice spacers for the groove in the frame…).

It works way better than the plain old tape the had on them old af rifles. I kept mine on and don’t have any tank ping 😆 nice bolt though. i’ve been thinking custom trigger. I took that damn plastic piece off of mine.
