Why Buy an Edgun?

This year there are a lot of new bullpups hitting the market. Some look very promising and unique while others look like they are designed out of spite. So why would anyone buy an Edgun R3M when there are so many other options in the market today?

Today I decided to take a break from squirrels and pigeons and check my Strelok vs real world application. I shot at 50 to check zero, then 100 to check Strelok and like so many others have posted the groups where what were to be expected, awesome. So armed with my RF i decided to see if the gun, scope, shooter and Strelok could shoot constantly at 200 yards. I have seen so many groups at 100, 50 and 75 yards but hardly ever at 200. I had a pretty strong breeze coming from my right at a 45 across the target. Like most desert shooting I had several wind events to contend with so I was going to be happy just to make my pellet trap gong. I also only have a fixed 12 power scope and I was dealing with some mirage. So now you have heard my whining and disclaimers here’s my Eddie shooting 200 yards in less than perfect conditions.

Here’s the whole target…

the first three were to the left, one on the target and two in the cardboard, I’m trying to dope the wind… they measured about 2.25″

This group was less than 2 inches and I felt pretty good about my hand pressure, cheek weld and breathing

This next group was the wind giving me a break and I am getting more comfortable and confident that the gun is better than me

These last two shots made be pack up and go home… I may never do this again in my life, but this is what the Eddie can do when the shooter gets a little luck on his side.
