NEI Molds
A warning for people that buy molds and cast. Do not buy a mold from NEI.
Purchased a .257-75gr 4 whole mold. Shows up so I try it out. Cast about 200 bullets and no matter what I did I couldn’t get them to come out usable. Base of bullet was egged shaped or out of round. I did notice that the pour holes were not in the center and on one the mold was sticking in to the hole. Then I weighed one and with pure lead it was 74.8 gr. I ordered a 75 to get a 80 something. Suppose to be 8% more for pure lead.
So I send it back and turns out he recut me a new mold and shipped it out. Shows up and first thing I notice is all 4 holes are showing mold in them. Wasn’t going to even waste my time and just send it back but I had to try it.
Same results as first time. But this time they weigh 81-82 gr.
So I put it back in the mail and ask for a refund.

The mould are good but your just finding faults in them
I sold the other and had no problem with it
I’m not going to accept it back
Future business I will not accept either
Been in this business for years and when problems occur I am more than happy to address but don’t like to be taken advantage of
Good thing is you pay with paypal and I used a credit card with paypal.

My wife also knows three languages, and alittle Russian, and has been all over the world, has put in 35 years in the government, intell community, and retired a senior colonel. We were married in 2008, which was also the same year my previous wife died of alcoholism. Isn’t it funny how in the deepest, darkest parts of our lives something great comes thru, as long as we stumble along in the right direction. Buddhism sounds to me to be a very interesting religion, peace within oneself is the ultimate of all quests. Myself, I gave all to the family of Jesus Christ, and have found that to be sufficient towards my peace and serenity.

She is my wife.
When I sold my place on the mountain, I had lived in utter isolation for 3 years and decided I wanted to change my life and travel. I contacted my daughter and told her if she would teach me to survive in a foriegn country I would take her to Thailand.
I was interested in Buddism and eastern religion in general after having lived as a hermit for 3 years in a glorified cave meditating and I also wanted to find a true asian wife who embodied that “serve your man culture.”
My daughter a Buddhist and a world traveler jumped on that and we went to Thailiand for 9 wonderful father daughter bonding days, then she went home and I stayed and ran around Thailand and Cambodia photgraphing 8 to 12 century Buddhist Watts and meeting and dating some absolutley gorgeous and refined asian women and some dangerous ones also, and at the same time searching for that that peace that comes with eastern religion.
I came back to the states for four months to heal up and settle the sale of my mountain place and then promply left for the Philippines and after 3 trips there, I eventually found this gal who I married there in 2006.
She comes from a gun owning, male dominated family culture and is just one of the finest human beings I have ever met.
Her family was very strict with their women folk. I had to meet them and make my intentions of marriage clear before I could formally court her, she was not allowed out of the house past 7 PM without her brothers permission at the age of 41.
I jokingly refer to myself as the Pharroh for both her and her family treat me like a king.
In all I have been to asia now 8 times, and at one time I sold or gave away all my possessions with the intent to live there. My wife who lived there for 41 years has no intent of ever living there again and really enjoys living in the states.
She lives to make me happy and has a college degree and speaks 3 languages, cooks incredable food and comes from a family of beautiful college educated women and there are more neices at home just like her.

PB shooting around here is not what it use to be. People buy ten acers and move out into the country side on their “ranch” to enjoy country living. Messing up a lot of safe shooting spots. Gun clubs are the only route for most people today. I’m lucky to still be far enough out to be able to shoot close to home.

We poisened some rats when I was living in Bridgeport, NASTY! Stunk up the entire house.
Poisen baits can kill far more mice that a outside cat ever thought of, and will not infect you with a toxin.
If done resposibaly, the bait stations pose no threat to wildlife, but ferrel cats do.
