Got mine, very high quality :8:

could you please make same as this picture in measurements

I own the 500cc and have just ordered a 9 liter one so will post my thoughts when it shows up

18 cu.ft = 509,7 liters
118 cu.in = 1,93 liters

The two indications 18 cu.ft (118 cu.in) stand for “filled volume” before the brackets and “empty volume” or “water volume” whithin the brackets.

This means that in your case, at ambiant pressure (“empty”) or filled with water (which we all know is incompressible), the tank holds 1,9 liters.
Once filled with compressed air, it will hold 509,7 liters.
These 509,7 liters would make for a pressure of 268,26 bar or 3890 psi (with some rounding errors).

Hope that helps.

If I recall correctly 18cu ft is roughly 1.9L.

I used metric-conversions.org in the volume section

very nice

very compact size

anybody can help me with the size of guppy ?

18 Cu Ft (118 Cu In) GUPPY ? to liter ? i try to convert by google but numbers not correct the size of guppy larger than this 1.1 L tank

Fill up the tank yesterday to 4500 psi with my shoe box compressor. Only issue was a leak in the male qc connector . Fixed it with a delrin seal.

I plan on testing how many shots I could expect to get in the field later.

I’ll post my results as well.

Gabe

Hi,

I got it from Best Fittings
http://www.bestfittings.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=619

On the website image, it shows the old t fitting. It now comes with a compact fitting like mine (see the third pic).

I’m going to use my tank when I go on trail walks or camping.

Here are the tank, fill valve, and both. I’m planning on adding QC fittings on the other end next to the gauge so I can remove the hose for easier storage in my back pack. The quality of the tank is great. I need to top off my bigger tank first and then I will fill the small tank. The total length from top of valve to bottom of the tank is 14.5 inches. I plan on using this set up to fill my Leshiy when I go shooting in the field. Scoped Leshiy, tank will go in my Tasmanian Tiger Essential Pack and pellets, hose, knives, flashlight, and other essentials will go in a TT Tac bag 7 attached to the TT essential pack. It is inconspicuous and comfortable to carry. I will take a pic of my gear when I receive the TAc bag and Quick fill connectors.
thanks for looking in,

Gabe

Gabe? where did you get your valve? Looks like a nice backpacking size arrangement!

Got mine today! Costs me $16.06 in taxes and duty, BUT so surprised it arrived in a week from China! 7 days, I am amazed!

Oh yeah I stuck a spare AF valve in it and it is holding air

I didn’t use teflon nor silicone grease/oil on the oring. I thought I read somewhere you’re not supposed to. It probably doesn’t hurt if you do but I didn’t and the oring seals while the presure locks the threads down tight. No need for tools, just hand tight.

I was told not to use thread tape as there is a chance a piece can be torn off on installation and interfere with the valve. There is white thread compound that works too, go sparingly with it.

Lars,

I charged my tank to 150 bar. No leaks.

I do not use thread tape. I lightly coat the valve to tank O ring with silicone and hand tighten. Once pressurized, the connections lock into place. Just make sure your O ring has no nicks or cuts and you should be good.

Gabe

U use any thread tape when attaching valve and bottle?

Yeah

I got a 30 day shipping quote. Was surprised the tank showed up in a week.. I bought it from Acecare.

Gabe

Just ordered my 2l tank from Aliexpress, should be here in 39-59 days! LOL!
I was going to see if it would work with a CondorSS as a bench gun. Directly attached to the valve and rifle. It will be bench gun, not portable with the huge Burris XTR II 8 X 40 scope with 34mm body. Going to try and make a torrified maple stock for it too. Forend to pistol grip.
