Yes, we made many tests and found that the less points of keeping the barrel you have — the better, in this case the POI is keeping the same possition no matter what pressure you have in the reservoir.
Certainly gives us an appreciation of the term “floating barrel” and the impact it has on accuracy. It is contrary to what most would think, given the various bedding products sold to secure the barrel to the frame at every point possible.
