Q:

30 cal FX Bullpup at AOA on Friday?

Beat the Russian boys to the punch maybe? There just might be a flood of quality multi-shot bullpups real soon (sorry leaving Evanix out of the quality choices) and several in .30 cal.

Here is a better link for the Cricket 30.

Ahhh I see… thanks for that..

Its our local US dealer that is making the 30s by putting a FX Smooth Twist barrel on them among other modifications. TGAG (Steve and Phillip)

Can someone actually point me in the direction of anything official regarding Kalibrgun making a .30 cal? All the documentation Ive seen on it promises a .35 cal (9mm) and that info has been around since they moved from Russia.

Not sure what pellet Ed is referring to at 47 grains but the 82 and 100 foot lbs. on the standard/long sounds very good. I suspect the R&D on these is a bit further along than he is letting on. 😀 I bet the Bobcats are pushed to get to 78. Between the two of them I’d grab the Matador in a heart beat. The Cricket .30 is an unknown at this point.

Update: According to the JSB .30 pellet added to Chairgun Pro and Ed is correct and 47 is the right number. Also an impressive BC (for pellets) of .042. Of course the tin says 44.75???? 😀

That’s actually not too bad compared to what Ed stated for possible specs for the .30 cal matadors.

“Have no idea, I am wondering myself 🙂 The pellet weights 3.1 grams (47.84 grain), I expect to speed it up to 280 m/sec (920 fps) at standard length of Matador which gives 121 Joles (82.3 ft-lbf) and about 300 m/sec (980 fps) at long Matador, which give about 139 Joles (102 ft-lbf). What will be in reality — have no idea 🙂 I expect at least 15-20 shots per fill from standard and about 30-35 from long one.”

Only JSB .30 cal I found on Pyramid air were the 44.75 gr pellets. If that’s the case then the Bobcats are shooting around 885 fps yielding 78lbs.

1995, plus 40 for shipping , The guy i talked to said around 35 Regulated shots, 78 lbs Energy(dont hold me to that i didnt write it down and now im unsure grrhh ) Ill be sure to shoot it through my crony

Sounds like they sacrificed a few shots to keep the power up to the Boss…. 35 is enough.

No I haven’t. I was just excited to see how it will compare against other bullpups. I already put down a deposit for the .25 Cal Edgun Matador. You best post a picture once you get it dman 🙂 So you are getting a gun from this shipment? Which Boss price is it similar to? Synthetic ($1995) or Walnut ($2195)?

Dear Sir Ville;
Thanks, you are correct this is ht best price, i have already seen this web, prices are very good and lower than AOA even if you order it by yourself.

I was referring to a $2000 Daystate that was shooting under power.

I have no idea what the FX rifle sell for at AoA… But I can check!

Royale 500 in walnut is $1850, add $200 for a reg.

The Boss in walnut is $2200…

The Royale 500 FT model is $2350!

Looks like $2000 would be a deal for an FX actually… 😯

HOLY F##K !! 😯 😯 😯 FX Boss in walnut goes for 1600$ here. Drop the Swedish VAT at 25% for export outside EU, add the shipment cost (say 100$ to be on the safe side) and you´re in around 1350$. Royale FT +- 140$ more.FX Elite in walnut costs about 20$ less than the Bobcat.
