50 yard target
Ok so today it’s calm and overcast, so I set up a target at 50 yards to see what this Vulcan can do. Mind you I only have around 300 rounds through this bullpup and I’m still getting used to it. I’m shooting off the back deck and it’s nice a solid, sand bags are set, everything looks and feels good.
I filled to 210 Bar and settle in. I fired 1 mag and check target…..
not to bad so I placed another target up and fired some more………33 rounds total on this target….
So far I’m happy, all my shots were very consistent in velocity + or – 3 fps…
I was going to put my Leupold 6×18 Varmint scope on just to see how it would do but I forgot it’s in Missouri getting new hairs……

Where are you located Zonk? Your lawn looks pretty green but you got some snow already? Or are you saying you’re sniffing some stuff on the side?
Lurker we had 1/2″ of the white stuff yesterday, looks like it’ll be warming up some next week.
Jan, as of right now the Cricket rules but the Vulcano is closing in fast. I’m thinking the Vulcan is going to be my truck gun because of it’s shortness and ease of handling. And Eelect yes I have been practicing my trick shooting. Been doing it for years……. :4:

Lurker better practice or Zonk will out shoot you. When you see him next time tell him you want to see him do the behind his back one hand one holer at 50 yards. Bring a camera too

Oh lets not exaggerate eelect.
Just have acidosis and had 4-6 cups of coffee.
But I self medicate with baking soda and lemon juice.

It was a cool day in ohio today. Only sprinkled a few minutes.
I’m looking for a warm sunny day to have a shoot out with Zonk.
He’s homesteading about 65 miles north of here.

And then I missed paper on the first shot anyways 😳
Missed the left side by over 4″. I hadn’t zeroed the 4-16 Hawke on the Vulcan before this.
I could have just anout shot around a corner with it ❗

11 shots at the big target and 11 each at the bottom two at 50 yards with .22 Vulcan 18.1gr JSBs.
I forgot to lable the target but that way I can use it as a 200 yard target later :rofl:

Good shooting there Zonk. I haven’t been shooting for a while because I am back at work doing a contract. All I keep thinking, though, is “bullseye” at work. When I was given a doughnut by my secretary this morning the first thing to pop up in my head is, well, you know. :biggrinn:

pret, he means when the regulator finally settles in and everything comes together it’ll shoot much better. Sometimes it takes several hundred rounds to get the most out of it. You’ll see….. :winkn:

Northwest Ohio, and I was only kidding about the snow. But we did get our ass dumped on last winter with snow. After working outdoors for 42 years in the rain, sleet and snow I don’t want nothing to do with winter.
