Feels like I’m at the optometrist when I shoot my Edgun. Which o-rings need replacing? And does Tony have more of these things? I’d like to have a few extras on hand.

Hoot, It wouldn’t be a simple swap. The transfer port block has a larger ID for the .25 cal pellet. The probe is larger on the .25 also.
If I get the .25 cal BSA barrel, I will have to try a .22 250 barrel next. I will try solid . 22 cal cast lead slugs in it.
My .25 long has become something to play with while I am waiting for the R3.
When I get the R3, I probably won’t even shoot the .25 long anymore.
Don’t even think that you can low ball me on it either! 😆

Whatcha planning on doing with that .25 caliber LW Edgun barrel that will end up lying in the dirt at your feet, as you install that shiny new BSA .25 caliber barrel?

Probably won’t be worth nuthin’, cause its been used and all. The only thing a guy could do is put it on his .22 caliber Edgun, probably just a swap and switch with two hex bolts….if a guy had a mind to do something like that.
I can’t imagine anyone here wanting it….nope. I suspect you’ll end up tossing it in the trash.

PS: I certainly hope I didn’t put any thoughts in anyone’s mind about that nasty left over barrel now. Just get it out of your mind. You don’t need a two caliber Edgun! What in the world would you do if you could swap calibers by just loosening two hex bolts? That’s just crazy!!! Probably end up shooting one of your nuts off, or something!
I just heard from Leupy. It sounds like he can get me a 24″ long .25 cal. BSA barrel for my .25 Long Matador! I gotta play with something, Ed won’t let me have a R3 till March, at least! 🙁

airplane thing and some air guns stuff but not much…. All of my stuff has
been modded, adjusted, and tweaked to the hilt so I have nothing more to
do to make them any better…. kinda sad…..
I hear ya’ bud. My .25 Talon is modded to the max, kinda got bored with it, though it’s still the rifle I go hunt with. So Got a new .177 Pro sport. Sold that and got a new .177 Raider. Just now bought a new .177 AA 400…. 😆
That’s the only way to keep it exciting….. After about 5,000 shots the gun
just gets to be too comfortable and it is time for something new….lol

If you can’t find the 90 duros, 75s will work a lot better than the stock ones. Jeff and I (Hi Jeff!, I thought you had gave up on us! 😆 ) have tried a LOT of different O rings on both of our Matadors. I also ordered 90 duro O rings for the breech end of the barrel. The 90s were too hard for that application and didn’t seal as well as 75 duros did.
If you can’t find any 90 duros for the probe, send me a PM with your addresss and I will send you a bunch.

Hi Mistman. I have a bunch of the 90 duro O rings in 3 mm X 1 mm X 5 mm. They work the best if you can find them. I found a US supplier but, the min order was 500.

I am pretty sure that oldgoat and I looked for 90 duro and could not find
them in the right size so I went with 75….. I understand trying to get the right
ones on the first try…. I think oldgoat and I have every oring there is now
that is remotely close to that size as we tried to fine the perfect oring….
Different manufacturers and different materials prove to be slightly different
in size so some work and some don’t even though they have the same size
disignation…. It is kind of a gamble so just make sure you order as many
different types as you can in on order..
