Q:

A puff of air to the eye.

Feels like I’m at the optometrist when I shoot my Edgun. Which o-rings need replacing? And does Tony have more of these things? I’d like to have a few extras on hand.

Yep, If your kit is American, I doubt that it will have the proper size for the probe. American standard size O rings have a part # that has a dash and then 3 digits. 001 is the smallest and it is 1/32″ cross section. 1/32″ is .040″ and is real close to 1mm, .039″. The dash 001 only goes up to 1/16″ ID (.0625) and is too small ID.

To get the right size ID, you have to go to a -005 (.109″) and it has a cross section of .0625 and will not fit in the probe’s O ring groove.

If your kit has O rings that will fit the probe, let us know. I would order one.

Did we finally settle on 3mm X 1mm Tedd?

hey Ted, here at Argentina we use metric system… i can post a few o´rings by mail… yf you want.
Mac

It’s too easy, just search it from ebay to get the metric o-ring. the post above was just a quick search for pricing, I did not even pay attension to the the standard or metric o-ring.

quick search and found another on in metric, but not a good price.

I think it does, but will double check again when get home.

Are you talking about the 2 o-rings on the cocking handle probe?

DVU, does that kit have O rings that fit the cocking handle probe?

It looks like the kit is American sizes and not metric. There is a difference.

Here Ted,

The cheapest I could find on ebay, these o-rings will cover all your guns.

Ted, They are 3mm ID X 1mm cross section.

I sent you a PM

, I can send you a feel if you like.

Now there’s an offer you can’t refuse… 😯

They’re standard o-ring, I don’t know the exact diameter of each o-ring, so I purchased 1 box of o-ring from ebay with all kinda of o-ring sizes as spares, I can send you a few if you like.

Thanks, Tony. Are any of these o-rings “standard” parts that can be ordered from a catalog such as Grainger? Or are they specially made in Ed’s secret laboratory – only available through you? 🙂

Sounds like the pellet probe o-rings.
