Q:

accuracy probs

hey guys, was wandering if ya’ll can help me with a lil accuracy problem…

when i shoot targets that are straight head to head such as 180 degrees… its dead on accurate…but when i shoot targets that are 45 degrees or higher i can see the pellets going a bit higher…

can anyone tell how i can fix this or tell me what im doing wrong…

i have a nikko stirling scope 6-24×56

A commonly used term here, sort of a friendly way of besmerching someone.

‘You cantankorous old git, lol’ would be a good example.

….you talkin’ to me, boy????????

You are starting to sound rather foolish
shoot the f’n gun and figure it out on your own. Experience trumps any explanation we could possibly ‘guess’ at.

Yeah Voltars back!

So once you get the distance figured out just refocus so the target is clear!

lol…duh…thats the point it wont focus in to get clear…thats why im i gave you an example…

example: theres a bird on top of a tree (50 meters), so the distance to the base of that tree is 35 meters, i set my scope to 35 meters, i can see the base of the tree perfectly clear…but when i aim to the top where the bird is, it becomes blurry, i try to focus to make it clear but it wont get clear unless i set my scope to 50 meters…

thats my prob if u didnt understand it the first time… 😆

You are starting to sound rather foolish
shoot the f’n gun and figure it out on your own. Experience trumps any explanation we could possibly ‘guess’ at. Esp as Yellow has figured out you don’t actually come clean on your issues so this becomes real difficult to engage in a meaningful discussion.
Go shoot your gun and come up with a solution…
