Scott, IMHO, your way off base on this one. Just because it’s legal NOW, for YOU, in Az. doesn’t mean things can’t or won’t change in the future. WE are ALL taking our chances and playing in a gray area here. Who defines “readily” or “easily converted”? F.F. Served our country and deserves our respect. 😀

Sheesh, even when FF tells someone off, he manages to do it nicely.. 😆

Don’t no-one fight on here anymore?…. 😆 😆

From what Ive gathered the ATF doesn’t consider air rifles firearms. I thought shrouds are legal as long as they can not be easily adapted for a firearm?

Michigan law states that anything that reduces sound at all is a silencer and anything with a rifled barrel over .177 is a firearm.

I don’t think anyone cares but I’m not one to be without a chair when the music stops lol.

just because you live in an unconstitutional state doesn’t mean you should try to scare the rest of us that live in the real US of A where anything that has to do with air or spring is not a firearm and as long as it can not readily go on to any firearm shrouds are perfectly legal according to the ATF, perhaps you should fight for your rights as an american instead of your rights as a Michiogoion.

Yeah it’s michigander and I wasn’t trying to scare anyone my first post was joking around and then I responded to assman with valid information.I obviously don’t think it’s that big a deal since I have a shroud and posted how well it works try to keep up. I did get rid of my AH shroud because I was made aware of michigan law and then I spoke to someone that I trust in LE that told me not to worry about it for now and that it wasn’t a subject of interest AT THIS TIME.

The post where you quoted me has me stating michigans law and then attempting to make a joke not the LOL at the end.

I tried to take your response as joking around but I see no “lol” or “smiley faces” so I can only assume you are serious.

You said don’t try to scare us and you shouldn’t scare so easy or when you say us are you referring to potential customers?

If I said anything to scare off potential customers that wasn’t my intention and that’s why I made a point to say “michigan law” so anyone with a computer could look up their own states laws.

I like getting into discussions and debates and I love dueling with synopsis I wear my emotions on my sleeve (never used to when I was younger) and you’ll never have to worry about what I’m thinking because I’ll tell ya. I have too much time on my hands so I am on here a lot with 18 hours a day to kill but you won’t hear me disrespect anyone by telling them they need to get off their ass and fight for their rights or that they don’t live in the US of A.

I’m not fond of muslims but everyone else I’d like to call friend.

I live in the real USA and I’ll fight for my rights and all americans rights that’s why I served in the military to protect this country if called upon so no preaching about fighting for rights from you thanks 🙂

I see a GTBJ shroud or two in my future. As long as you promise to testify in court for me 😆

That’s “Michigander” to you, ya Ari-Zoner.

😉 😎

In Virginia the law state “expels single or multiple projectiles by action of an explosion of a combustible material”

Yeah it’s probably the ATF trying to round up all the guys using shrouds all at the same time lol.
