Well, i know nothing about any hold-up or reluctance on exporting outside “continental Europe” , whatever you mean by that. What’s the non- continental part? UK? some Greek Island? Sicily? Balearic Islands?

just guessing. the art about ted is why us in the states know about them outside of this forum. i didnt join here till after iwa.

as for the rifle, either issues with manufacturing, budget, or lack of want to export from continental europe is the holdup atm.

well that figures. they tease us at IWA, then we get word stateside because of ted in madison, then they go and not keep in communication and dump the project.sounds about right, lack of funds or they arent interrested in exporting this rifle to the states maybe? or anywhere outside of continental europe?

Interesting comments.

Either new developments, or perhaps simply frustrated personal speculation. But where did this “new” information come from, or is it indeed a personal perception of what’s happening?

I agree to the mag and its mechanics being too much and too many. At least the system works as intented without excessive force needed to load it.
I like the look and function of the Vulcan too. If it shoots as i believe it will it would be a better choice than neither EG or Cricket – taken the QC is up to par with what’s to be expected from a high-end Rifle.

Anybody home? Hello?

No?

Well…I guess that means no new information. I’m curious how they would improve on the Cricket…other than that weird magazine release/insert setup. Pull up, pull back. Now insert mag, hmmm…what’s that pin doing blocking the insertion…oh! Now it goes in….hmmm, won’t shoot….oh! forgot to push the mag pin forward and down. Hmmmm…..fucked up is what it its. Worse than that 11 step program for alcoholics! It’s a lot easier to get them “loaded” than that Cricket magazine.

PS: It just occurred to me…perhaps someone forgot to Czech on this! HAR HAR HAR HAR HO HO HO HO HAR HAR HAR NYUK NYUK NYUK NYUK!!!!!

I have had no word from ATL at all.. something tells me they are behind schedule or still in need of funds to get this pup off the ground..

I totally agree re: the cricket action and mag.. what a total piece of crap design wise, so many small moving parts that really have no need to be there.. 😯 not hard to improve on that design.. Bring back the single shot Hooligun :angrymob: 😆

How else could they improve on the Cricket? Hmmm lets see…. forward cocking and a safety catch is a good start.. no sharp edges on the walnut stock is another nice touch.. shorter and lighter than the std cricket and IMO it just looks better..

Been curious about them. Looking forward for the review and accuracy results.
Which caliber are you getting, and what’s the price for US?

Congrats

Im not sure what cal they will send me to test but im a “.22 go to” guy..
The company owner has told me the price will be released at the end of May but the USA retail cost will be set by the USA impoter.
If I had to guess Id say in 1700-1800 mark..

Per Ted of Madison its said to be around $1650 which is close to your estimate.

This is the info the owner of the company sent me so at this stage you all know as much as me..
It is a multishot with an auto indexing mag not a semi auto.

I guess the owner’s english is worst than mine!

Wing what do you mean by ƒƒƒƒAutomatic magazine? It’s a semiauto or a multishot gun?

Or the year that Jaime ruins a perfectly working cricket.

Man …. I think that 2014 will go down as “The year of the bullpup”..

These things look great. If they perform like there cousin the cricket, with that side bolt these things may dominate. At the right price of course.

So what do u think wingman…. Will this be another < $1000 bullpup???

In about a month or so the bullpup market will be so saturated …..
