Never heard of them personally, but look pretty awesome and I like the shot count per charge …..

I so have that rifle. 😀 It is crap. Broke a scope tube in half, violent vibrations, not very accurate. I’ve killed a good many squirrels with it though. 🙂 On another note it’s a very good feeling stock. I would love to put it on a better assembly.
Those who know of the ‘trigger fiasco’ with a couple folks within the airgunning community can see the humor in that…. haha 😆

I thought this was common knowledge…. but apparently not.
As a rule… Turkish, Chinese, and Spanish made springers are crap.
Sure, there are the exceptions, but I have worked on my fair share of springers and I will say that no amount of turd polishing will turn one of these guns into a European gun. If for no other reason, the resale value will be nowhere near that of a quality springer.
Good heads up Cygnus X! Too bad though, they sure are perty! The .25 option is cool too, although I find it hard to believe—correct me if I’m wrong—that such a small air reservoir could produce a 70+ shot count…but even if it was true, it wouldn’t matter if these rounds came out the barrel like a Tug Mcgraw screwball 😯
Wow ! and I also liked that Torpedo in 25cal. I bet it would hammer a scope to pieces.

ok hatsan is to be considered the worst piece of Turkish crap rifle there is
the only good thing they have are the dual weaver and dovetail mount
the torpedo series…is so violent i think you will have trouble finding a scope that will hold up…..and it shakes and vibrates like a mofo with crappy trigger and crappy barrels…when the diesling is burnt off…and power starts to fall slowly as the piston eats it self up it will still be a crappy rifle….some time ago someone posted barrels that had been cut through….some of the hatsans where missing rifling in the middle of the barrel…spare your self the grief and get a rws, beeman or weihrauch
as a general rule power and springers dont match….with a few exceptions like the kodiak, crowmagnum…and that guy who made dual piston guns
their pcp is not much better…it should be considered a tuning project…much like a b50, but the b50 is a better design imho (its a straight copy of daystate huntsman)
hatsan these days are being sold under many brands….hatsan dont care who sells their rifles….true airgunners are not likely to buy that kind of airgun no matter what brand they are sold under….hammerli is one…think remington, or some other pwder burner brand sells them too
so to come down on these rifles so hard….but you can have a really nice rws34 for little money and you will be happy…..you MIGHT get a good hatsan….but the odds are small….

Odd, the MV of the underlevers is higher than the PCPs.
I like the .25 options as well. Dont look like thier very quiet though.
