Colibri Love
Well after a hiatus I am back owning a Kalibrgun…a new to me Colibri. I put an American Defense 20 MOA scope mount on this Ernest tuned Hummingbird. I am in love. here are some photos:

Hoot, I know petr well. Nice guy, means well tries hard but he is about as ADD as it comes. He is a guy who is managing disaster all the time. The fact that he did not reply to your email is more about what a terrible time manager he his rather than some untoward reason about the Colibri

I emailed a question regarding availability of the Colibri to TGAG, they never answered or even bothered to respond to the email.
That tells me something.

SECoda,the current production Colibri is listed on kalibrguns web site, length 620mm, just over 24 inches. I posted a You Tube video from the Russian air gun site a couple of months ago. This is the micro version. US retailers seem very uninterested after the hacked/auto version failed to deliver without Ernest’s help.
I don’t believe will see the latest Hummingbird.

I will be interested to see what the new one is that is being chatted and posted about. It seems like the UK is expecting something soon but there were US folks chatting about them too. I sent a note to Peter to see what his rep says.
Coda if you want an uber cool .22 I would recommend a Colibri. Buy one that has been tuned by Ernest. Mine shoots 905 with the 18s and its damn quiet. The gun is stupid accurate. The trigger is exceptional and the quality is very high. The regulator is external and it is easy to adjust. I have owned a ton of bullies as indicated by Fudd earlier and the colibri is one of the better ones. The one down side is the magazine. New ones are available but they cost 100 bucks.
I just got several packages of gun parts from Ed directly in Russia and they got here very quickly. The melted seals were unbroken on the packaging. Strange. 😯
From the responses and PMs I would say that the Colibri even tops the Lelya for unique popularity. Interesting…

I talked to a friend of mine from Russia , I ask her if she knew anyone that could send a air gun from RUSSIA, She laughed and said you can not get a kitchen knife out of Russia , Any kind of gun would be nuts,

I understand the love of a gun (Brand) but come on lets be real,,,
I am already set and ready to buy the new and improved hummingbird, When it comes out, After the bugs have been worked out, as with any new gun.

I would prefer the Colibri in the shorter length. I hope they re-release this gun with the bugs worked out and in the shorter length.
