That’s a pretty good string and you’re getting full power out of the gun with a reasonable number of shots. If the tank was rated for it, I would recommend another 200 PSI as you still have a touch more hammer than air for a true bell curve. The small variations are probably just as you suspect, little things adding up. The differences are small enough that you probably won’t notice in most applications though.
