Crickets have finally made it to the us. there is a new cricket bullpup distributor
Total 30 crickets walnut stock comin in 8 are spoken for if anyone needs more info on how to obtain one please contact me the gentleman asked me not to post his info 😉

I wouldn’t recommend it though. Bad air-economy proven. You get more shots from 200 bars down to 100 than from 300 down to 200…..
Add to that the safety issues related. Not neccessarily involving the gun itself, – but fillkits, gaskets, probes etc….. 😉
So the guns fill to 300 bar correct? That’s 4,300 psi!
I don’t give a damn about multi-shot, semi- or auto- airguns, be it bullpup or normal rifle length. All that matters to me is A C C U R A C Y !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The next most important thing I look for in a bullpup is L E N G T H !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To me a bullpup over a certain length is useless, my measure being the capability to use it comfortably out of my Mitsubishi Pajero side windows. That’s how (I believe) bulpups evolved, and I firmly believe they should stay that way 😉
If a Cricket (or any other bullpup) can beat an EDgun Matador Standard in the above departments, I’ll sell my R3 in a jiffy and buy the better one 😀

I think that maybe people just want to try something different I too have owned a edgun and hate the day that I sold it.When I was researching the bullpups I was very interested in the Hooligun too, but like the edgun, it was not available for import here. So I’m not sure it’s a shift but more of a curiosity when it comes to the sudden interest in it.

In just a few weeks it seems we may have come a looong way since Sparky asked me how I got my Cricket (my comparison thread)….
This “bullpup-craze bubble” may be well founded. The concept is interesting enough….
So far ED and his guns have been “ruling” on here.
I sense a “shift” now, – with a lot of renewed interest in the Kalibr models (Cricket and friends). Which is good for competition etc. etc. etc……
But what I don’t understand is why this “shift”….
Looks like a classical marketing “issue” related to “product life span”, – but this time the “issue” seems to be on “steroids” with a development faster than the speed of light. Much like what’s happening in the cell-phone world when new models are being released……
Very few people have ever seen a Crikcet or even a Matador for that matter. Even fewer have ever tested and compared……
So why this “craze” and why this “shift”…..???? 🙄
Does anybody have an explanation ? (apart from Cricket’s multishot advantage which is soon to be eliminated by Ed)…….. 😉
I’m at a loss to understand this……….. 😳

Is it a money thing that these guns take so long to get here? I would love to just bring 2000 edguns and Crickets “All Models” to the U.S. And just set up an online store. Who can I speak to about being a Cricket Reseller?
I personally have wanted a Leyla but I can’t get one for one reason or another, all I’m saying if it’s money let me get these guns over here and get them sold.

Does anyone know if the Cricket can be ordered with a left hand bolt lever configuration for south paws? Looking forward having the Cricket reach state side and the write ups soon to follow.

Yep, just like the Walther Dominators. I had one of those rifles once but never filled it that high because at the time I was pumping. I filled to 3100 psi, if I remember correctly, and every thing was good.
I like it because even though I’ll find a lower fill pressure/shot count that I’m happy with, it’s nice to know that the rifle will be “tough enough” to handle the extra psi.
