He triped over his boot strings thats about it, every one in his class if injured then it had to be self inflicted stealing the Morphine from the first aid packs,, The US Arny had to quit letting the GI’s carry it cause the officers and NCO’s was shooting up on it.,, There’s more to the army than meets the eye Officers and NCO’s didn’t have baggage search only the EM’s did, and the SDI’s and CO’s would send dope home by the truck loads in their duffle bags, you couls look in the dumpsters and see Jungle fatigs with every thing from a Staf Seargent to a full Bird Colonal on the sleaves of those throw away fatigs,,(Replaced the bag with some SMOKE MAN)Chich and Chong would love em,, but the EM’s got searched and like he said ended up in Levenworth Kansas. Well I am one of the 10% and was a Drill Instructor, I do believe a kick to the ass was a tad bit low. Hell you remind me of a few soldiers I had in my platoon, I sent them home with a not so good discharge or to Leavenworth.
Now to the other part of stupid you wrote I have seen many weapons fire better after some lead build up in the barrel. I seen some shoot tighter groups the warmer the barrel got.
My air rifles shoot like shit, hell I could hit the ground with the barrel shoved in it, till I got about 50 or so shots in.

I typed most of this while on 4 different medications for getting hurt over in the big sand box, 3 of which are for Neuropathic pain and one is a muscle relaxer.

Very true, I guess some of us have pushed life harder then some. I had bad migraines before they put me on some of the med’s. the worse headaches are the Ice Pick ones I get very short in time but the name does it justice.
I have a great wife she has put up with me long then I would have. 😆

I had a tear in my right shoulder when I had a dislocated it early in the push north. I would never had guessed it was out of place. Hell I could move it and drive, but just hurt like hell.
Guess I waited to long to get it fixed now it will go out doing some of simplest task. Not sure I had the best Doc in the world but hell thats why the call them practitioner 😀 LOL
And I also messed my back up from a wreck over there, Got some pinched nerves the worst one is the sciatic area It has made me realize what real pain is. I have a new pain scale, ( I have passed many a kidney stone which was a 10 now its a 3. Dislocation of shoulder 2) I have passed out from the sciatic pains. This pain is a 12 and feels like someone is trying to rip my ass and hip out and also shocking the hell out me.
I very seldom drive because …well to be honest I’d probably forget were my car is 🙄 But I don’t want to be the cause of someone getting hurt or lose of life. It’s bad when a 4 lane super slab high way looks about 2 feet wide. Time to get ur ass home !!
I manly stay at home and work on some of my wines along with trying to get my winery up and going.
But Know this I’d go back any time and do it the same way. I have no regrets at all. I would love to finish out my last 8 yrs. and retire that way.
