Edgun "woodstock" gets a makeover (Patman, look)
Even though Ed has agreed to send me a normal gray stock, I still could not look at the wood stock any longer. A 3M scotch pad, a can of primer, a can of Dupli-color, and some elbow grease yielded this:

Guy, I used the “Graphite” color. It is the darkest of the three.
Thanks, Everyone. A couple things to add – do NOT put too much on at one time. You only need two to three coats, and they should be very thin. If you apply too much, the gun will feel tacky after it dries.
Second, after mounting the bipod, it became clear just how poorly the gun fit into the stock. It was very crooked. I’ve shimmed it, and now it is level. Could someone who has mounted a bipod to the normal stock please tell me how it compares?
