Anyone see any results yet? I was looking at Alvaro’s Facebook posts and it looked like an upset with the old guys sliding a bit on preliminary scores. :biggrinn:

The results are in!!!! :rofl: Tim kicked their butts with his own gun and a BSA scope under $400.
Over half of the guns were FX and they still didn’t win? What happened to Ted? An interesting mix of scopes in the top ten positions. I’ll stick with one of those on my airguns. 😉 My Hawke Sidewinder 8-32’s took 3rd. I may get an FX yet now that they are debugged.
The snow has the sparrows out in force at the feeders. I went through two Baby Cricket fills so far today. :biggrinn: The wild cats will be well fed.
I agree with you Coda, but still not a bad showing..
Well the field was loaded with them by Fredrik to try to sell them last year. In other contests in Europe they don’t seem to be winning too often in the general mix. I suspect the best gun barrels/pellets (supplied by Fred) were selected as well for the competition. :2cents: That said they did shoot well at 75 yards. 😯
Ville, there must be something to those Bobcats…..1st 2nd and 3rd places were BCs.
They all used fugly 30 BCs.

Alvaro Lopez won the Extreme Benchrest 75 yard competition 2013 beating Ted and Fredrik (FX). He is from Mexico and is an airgun retailer down there. A nice guy that I keep in touch with. He speaks fluent English but puts his Facebook posts in Spanish. He is the Edgun and KalibrGun supplier down there.
He gave me pointers on the Omega/Raptor compressors and actually fills customer tanks with one.
