Q:

Fuxineering Pcp Degree

You Fuxineers are always fuxing with your Airguns, sooner or later you will fux it up beyond repair. It’s already a great gun from manufacturer….just shoot :4: and enjoy. I really don’t understand so much concern over an ES of 21 or 20 or whatever? When shooting at 900 + fps and trying to get ES to 10…your pulling your gun apart to achieve a little more than a 1% correction…WHY?? These are hunting guns not BR guns (although accurate enough), POI will not change much with a 1% correction to ES. Besides this is a measurement of the difference between the highest fps shot and the lowest fps shot in the string. The standard deviation would be the best indicator regarding shot consistancy of your gun. Mine stays around 2 std out of box. Me Likey!! :8: :8:

Wow sweet! Eelect send it to me so I can see if I like it.

If I would have money and possibility I like to buy SWFA SS HD 5-20×50 FFP like eelect has. It would be better than sidewinder πŸ˜†

The yellow forum is your buddy I bought it on yellow and sent it back to swfa to look over and re zero. I practically stole it.

Imo an empty toiletpaper roll with a crosshairs glued on the other end could be better than a bad ex of Sidewinder.

I also want to point out about the advantage of having a ffp zoom scope. When I go into barn and shoot inside I have a lot of sub 20 yard shots. Turning zoom down to 4-6 really helps flatten out trajectory or holdover on those close quarter shots.

This is my latest beast. I have the 3-15 swfa on my 22 cricket and wanted something for night shooting and longer distance paper punching. This does a great job but it’s heavy.

On my previous spring gun HW77k I had nice Delta Titanium 4-16×42. It was nice clear scope but with ordinary mildot reticle. Im sure it was clearer than hawke πŸ™

It’s definitely clearer than Hawke,. Put those side by side at the same mag and an Eoro vill at 40 m and start reading/checkinng the details thru those two.
The reticle isn’t good enough for ag though …

I cannot believe it is illegal for me to send you the SWFA into the EU. It’s not like you don’t have mil-dot systems in the EU. I was going to send a super sniper to an airgunner in France turns out that is a big no-no.

I don’t think they can’t have scope that has mil dot etched. I think because SWFA has Military contracts on there scopes so then they are classified under that export rule.

I have several 12x SWFA a 3-15×42 SWFA and 16x SWFA. Pretty much all I use on my bullies except the Lelya. There are some advantages of the 10x for hunting. The FOV is larger and the glass is a little clearer when compared to the 16x. I went with 12x because it is the best comprise. The subtensions are all the same on the SWFA but the reticle thickness is slightly different on each magnification. I wouldn’t recommend going above 16x on the SWFA. Figure out your game then choose the magnification you would most likely use at the max setting. I don’t really miss adjusting the magnification.

I would afraid about 10x magnification… So, It depend on what distance you will shoot or if you are target shooter 10x will be not enough for precision target shooting behind 35yards. For small game is 10x quite good. But for my likes I would take something with more magnification letΒ΄s say 15x and more…

What you all think about the Aeon Scopes. I had one on a Cricket .25 I owned but sold it with the Cricket .25. I did not care for the super thin reticle it had. I also think they are SFF Scopes…

Pondering on the SWFA SS 10x42M for the Vulcan now. I never owned a fixed power scope but read alot of good reviews on them and they are lighter in weight.

I own a few UTG and Leapers scopes and you can never go wrong for the money. LOL

Hell I have a leapers On my Cricket .22 and never had a lick of problems with it.
