GTBJ Needs A Little Help
If any of you are Christian, drop in a good word for Scott McRae’s (GTBJ) mom.
She’s in intensive care, but doing better. Went in for some general repair surgery, and a few things went sour. They nicked her spleen, and they had to take her back in fast to remove it, and clean up the area. The spleen is a reservoir for blood, and other assorted functions. If it’s cut, you can bleed out very quickly, so this was a life threatening situation. Eric was a bit shaken. But he said the doctors were optimistic she should make a full recovery…which was not the situation last night.
He’s a good guy.
I’m putting in a good word for her tonight when I sign off for the day, and I hope you fellows will too.

I’m certainly not a Christian, but she will still be in my thoughts. Hopefully she’ll pull through quickly and strongly.
Saw had it right. It’s Scott. I corrected my post. Eric is my son who is causing me considerable grief, so I had my crisis mixed together. Cluttered mind tonight.
I’m sure Scott will be pleased with the moral support. Sometimes that’s all a fellow can do…especially from those of us who have “been there, done that.”
Hopefully, the sun will shine tomorrow.

My Mom just got in from Va. for a visit. We are blessed with only one of those. Scott, your Mom and you will be in my prayers.
That is brutal and I haven’t been around here long but she’ll be in our prayers, sorry to hear this GTBJ.
We don’t consider ourselves christians but are spiritual as in we believe that energy has to go somewhere and our prayers are of the wishing someone well I hope our kind of prayer is welcome 🙂

Scott, hope your mammy is doing well, and SAW is broadcasting nothing but the best for her.
Hope it all works out, and GTBJ is definitely a great guy, to say the least.

Scott has always helped me out. Family is the most important treasure we can ever hold. I will pray for you and for her that if it is within the Lord’s will, she makes a speedy and full recovery.
